House and location were great but they advertised a patio and yard. Dirt and weeds and no chairs and an empty propane for the bbq. Ice maker was broken. No A/C as advertised.
If you rent this place take pictures and video of everything inside when you get there. They claimed I did $800 in damages which is ridiculous. What they claimed was actually impossible.
I’m challenging the claims.

Dave was a great guest in many ways. We spoke on the phone and messaged multiple times during his stay. We were just coming out of our winter season upon Dave's check-in so many of the items he notes were in storage as we experienced an unusual wet spring. The unit Dave stayed in is a newly remodeled and furnished duplex; including new flooring and carpet. The yard had just had new underground sprinklers installed and due to weather the grass was not planted. The backup propane tank was mistakenly taken to the attached unit. Each time Dave contacted us we remedied his needs the day he called. The ice maker is not operational in the refrigerator and a note was left stating such. The AC was stored for winter and installed early at Dave's request. Being that it is a duplex our team members went to the attached short term unit on a regular basis. Team members reported that Dave's Boxer was on the furniture and guests messaged that the dog was whining and barking. We notified and sent pictures to Dave immediately after his stay about the damages done by his dog including pet waste left all over the yard. As far as the claim, it included professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning of the couch, chair and ottoman, in addition to replacing the stained throw pillows. The insurance claim has been paid.
