Welcome to Pelican Isle Unit 511, a Gulf front midrise located on quiet Okaloosa Island along the beautiful Emerald Coast. On the 5th floor you will enjoy seasonal sunsets and unobstructed peaceful views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This unit 511 offers a 2 BR 2 BA open floor plan with recessed bunk beds in the hallway along with a pull out sleeper sofa. The unit sleeps 8 and has a fully furnished kitchen while sitting on over 300 ft of beach front. Amenities include a 2 chair beach service with umbrella weather permitting March 1st - Oct 31st, a gulf-front terrace with a fenced courtyard, heated pool and a hot tub. This is a great location with easy access to the pedestrian path that runs the entire length of Santa Rosa Blvd and short distance to local attractions, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful Condo

The condo was tastefully decorated, well-stocked, and overall quite comfortable. Our group was four adults, and there was ample space for everyone to gather, sit on the balcony, and eat.

Great time at the beach.

This beach front condo was the perfect location for our girls trip. The beds were very comfortable and the living space was great for our late night girl gab sessions. The host was very attentive to our needs and was a great communicator. We had wonderful time.

Amazing property

The condo was perfect for us. We are a family of 5 and there was more than enough room, so we weren't tripping over each other. The view was gorgeous and it could not have been any easier to be on the beach. We would highly recommend this property!
