Come kick off your shoes, feel some sand in between your toes and enjoy some BEACH TIME on the beautiful Okaloosa Island at this Penthouse condominium with both the family room and master bedroom on the water! | | This beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, 2 bath condominium offers incredible panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from the spacious private double balcony. Other features within this unit include new stainless appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The two bedrooms and living room all have televisions to relax each evening after enjoying a long day out on the beach. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort. | | With king-sized beds in both the master and guest bedrooms, twin bunk beds in the hallway and a new sleeper sofa in the living room, Pelican Isle 604 sleeps up to eight guests comfortably! There is also a washer/dryer combo in the unit for your convenience. As an added benefit, enjoy seasonal beach concierge service, including beach chairs and an umbrella 7 days a week. The unit also has a numbered garage parking spot! Pelican Isle 604 is the perfect beach getaway accommodation! Monthly winter reservations available but must be 60 night minimum.

Enjoyed the stay but the slider in the living room didnt open and had to go through bedroom to open

Overall good stay. Stayed with myself and a friend. Only complaint balcony door didnt open in living room and had to go through bedroom to get on balcony. No screen to keep slider open if ac is on. After checking out got call there was damage to a door we had no idea about. It put a damper on the overall experience. We are 2 women who would not kick door down. We lost power for 3 hours one evening . Had no phone number to call only an email. It was a nieghborhood outage but would be nice to have a number to dial in this case. We did overall enjoy the experience.
