Located on family oriented Okaloosa Island, you are close to shopping, dining, and recreational activities such as golf and water sports. | This 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit has a gorgeous view of the beach and Gulf from the balcony. This well appointed unit features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 TV's, high speed internet and sleeps 6 with King in the master, recessed hallway bunks and queen sleeper in the living room. Monthly winter reservations available but must be 60 night minimum.

Wonderful place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the location and the place. Everything was perfect except the weather. Only thing wr were not happy with was the TV. However the earlier check in was awesome and they actually let us know too. 😀

Spring Break

Fort Walton Beach Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where to begin, with our stay using Legacy Vacations was less than ideal. We paid well in advance for our rental property only to find out that it was being remodeled and wouldn’t be available for three weeks so were offered to use a one bedroom two bath until our rental property became available a two bedroom two bathroom with an ocean view. Now three weeks later the day we were to move we received another call saying that our rental property still wasn’t available and wouldn’t be available at all. So now we had to move again to another property that didn’t have the ocean view we had paid for and no offer from Legacy Vacations to make it right. We are very displeased with this entire experience and will think long and hard before using Legacy Vacations again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach was beautiful and the view from the balcony could not be better! Communication with questions was prompt, courteous and accommodating! The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation and was perfectly clean. The furnishings were slightly older and you had to make sure to shut the fridge extra carefully to ensure it stayed fully shut. All in all, we were extremely pleased with our visit!

Summer Vacation

The only thing I didn't like was the bedroom close to the door and window by outside walkway. Could hear everything going on outside. Other than that is was great.
