Beau studio conforme à la description et bien rénové. Un élément cependant très important à ajouter à l'annonce : une clim est installée mais empêche de fermer la fenêtre. Cela peut être très perturbant si vous avez le sommeil léger car le boulevard est très passant

Bonjour Alexis, Je suis très contente que vous ayez passé un bon séjour. Merci pour le commentaire très pertinent. Je tiens à préciser que c'est une climatisation d'appoint de dernière génération avec une grande efficacité et très silencieuse. Également il est tout à fait possible de l'enlever sur demander avant votre arrivée et que dans tous les cas cette climatisation est présente uniquement l'été.
