We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Situated on the growing Denver–Boulder corridor, Westminster is easily accessed from either metropolitan area. Westminster has become a burgeoning city with much to offer including fantastic parks, hikes, lakes, shopping districts and much more.

Curl up on a spacious sectional as the soft glow of the electric fireplace fills the room, or step into the fenced backyard where evening skies stretch wide above. Mornings might begin with coffee from the stocked kitchen, afternoons with a game of foosball, and evenings with laughter gathered around the dining table. Here, there is space to unwind, play, and feel at home between the foothills and the city.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. Upstairs you’ll find two rooms with queen beds and a third with a twin-over-twin bunk, toys, and a pack-n-play for little travelers. On the lower level, one bedroom has a queen bed while another offers two twin beds. Each floor has a full bathroom, featuring walk-in showers with modern fixtures, fresh towels, and toiletries.

Living spaces
The main floor brings in natural light, with an inviting living room anchored by an electric fireplace and smart TV. A separate yoga room provides a quiet corner for stretching or meditation. Downstairs, a lounge doubles as a game room with a foosball table, oversized sectional, smart TV, and board games. Central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans keep the home comfortable year-round.

Kitchen & dining
The redesigned kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, new countertops, and a coffee and spice station. Cooking is made simple with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and basics like oil, salt, and pepper. A dining table offers space for shared meals, whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading out or winding down after a day exploring nearby parks and attractions.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a large fenced backyard with room to relax or let pets play. Patio furniture creates a spot for morning yoga or evening conversation under the stars. Parking is easy with a two-car garage, private driveway, and additional free street parking.

Amenities
Practical touches include a washer and dryer, iron, hangers, extra linens, and clothing storage. Guests will also find essentials like towels, bed sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Safety features such as smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit provide peace of mind. Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection keep you connected throughout your stay.

Neighborhood
The property sits in a quiet, safe neighborhood with quick access to highways. You are minutes from Water World, Standley Lake Regional Park, the Butterfly Pavilion, golf courses, and Old Town Arvada’s restaurants and shops. Downtown Denver is a short drive, as are Boulder, Golden, and the Red Rocks Amphitheater.
