We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Situated on the growing Denver–Boulder corridor, Westminster is easily accessed from either metropolitan area. Westminster has become a burgeoning city with much to offer including fantastic parks, hikes, lakes, shopping districts and much more.

The space
Spread across two levels, the home welcomes you with an open main floor featuring an electric fireplace, smart TV, and spacious sectional for relaxed gatherings. The adjoining kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, new countertops, and a coffee station for your morning brew. A dedicated yoga room provides a calm retreat for stretching or meditation.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests. Upstairs, two rooms feature queen beds, while a third offers a twin-over-twin bunk with toys and a pack-n-play for little travelers. Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and another includes two twin beds. Each level has a full bathroom with tiled walk-in showers, modern fixtures, and bathroom essentials.

Downstairs & entertainment
The lower level doubles as a cozy lounge and game space. Settle in for movie night on the sectional or enjoy a friendly foosball competition. Board games and an on-site washer and dryer make the home ideal for longer stays, and central air conditioning ensures year-round comfort.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for home cooking, from a stove and oven to a dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Enjoy shared meals at the dining table or morning coffee at the counter.

Outdoor living
Step into the large fenced backyard for fresh air and open space. The patio area invites you to relax under the sky, while your pets explore nearby. Outdoor furniture and free parking in the two-car garage or driveway add to the convenience.
