- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.

- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar. Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outdoor garbage cans.

- No events, parties or large gatherings.

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21.

Nice last minute house

Interior was nice. Wish we would have known that the 2nd bathroom was in the basement.

Property suited our needs, since we requested long term stay (17 nights) with pets. We had sold our house and needed a place to stay before closing on new house. Convenient location and nice fenced backyard. Hardwood floors and plenty of room.Unfortunately, the sewer line was broken and sewage backed up into basement on fifth day of our stay. When we arrived a fan was set up in the basement and strong smelling fresheners were pugged in, so I suspect this had been an ongoing issue. When we saw sewage coming up through floor drain in laundry area, and found sopping wet towels in washer left by cleaning service on previous guests, we sent photos of floor drain to host and they sent plumber out next day. Plumber told us he had recently cleared same sewer line, but doesn’t do any good, because line is collapsed. Heavy rains exasperated the problem, and sewage was coming up through shower onto basement floor. Quite disgusting. We left following day. Partial refund (about half) didn’t begin to cover the issues encountered at this property. To make matters worse, a large tree cracked and fell in front yard during rain. The tree blocked the road. Police came to the door and demanded it be removed since it blocked traffic. We paid a young man to remove from street and helped him clear the road. Place has potential, but needs some work! I can’t believe they didn’t issue us a full refund after this catastrophe.

The sewer line had been thought to be resolved previously, but unfortunately, it had completely collapsed since the prior fix. Since your stay, the line has been fully replaced to prevent any future issues. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been and truly regret the impact on your experience. Your feedback is valuable, and we will continue making improvements to ensure future guests have a smooth and comfortable stay.
