Welcome to Sea La Vie your fully equipped vacation home! Located in the amenity rich community of Ocean View Beach Club, only 2 miles away from Bethany Beach, this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home has beds for up to 14 guests! Featuring a den & large loft making plenty of space for extended family or multi-family vacations!

Bethany Beach is a quiet family friendly resort town that features a boardwalk, great restaurants, and tons of shops! It's a short 10 minute drive to the beach or take the community shuttle (on weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day). It is also convenient to other beaches and activities making it the best of both worlds!

Ocean View Beach Club boasts amazing amenities including an outdoor pool, various sports courts, an expansive clubhouse with a fitness center, billiards room, card room, and a spa steam room & sauna.

House Rules:

- 6 night minimum stay

- NO Pets - The community does not allow visitor's pets. If we find your pet is with you a $250.00 fee will be charged and your stay will be ended.

- NO Smoking
-NO Fishing or Swimming in the ponds

$250 cleaning fee will be collected at the time of booking.
Linens & Bed Service are available for $300/week

$119 Damage Insurance will be required at reservation.

Renters will be provided with check in instructions the day of check-in.
WE DO OUR BEST TO ENSURE THE HOUSE IS CLEAN AND READY BY 4PM FOR CHECK-IN BUT THERE MAY BE DELAYS. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE DOOR CODE AS SOON AS THE PROPERTY IS READY.

Great Family Vacation Home

This house was great!! It was in a great community less then 2 miles from the beach. The second floor had a great loft area that was like a second family room!! Lots of space for a large family!!

Great Location for our Vacation

The home was in great condition, loved the up to date kitchen, we especially loved the microwave! The home was clean and spacious, plenty of room for my family. We enjoyed the games in the office space and even made up our own rules for 1 of the games. The pool was wonderful very clean and everyone we encountered was very nice and welcoming. I definitely will stay at this home again in the near future. The hosts were very nice and answered all of my questions promptly.

Wonderful

We enjoyed the size & style of rooms, location , & cleanliness of whole house. We had some trouble regulating the air conditioning, with too cool rooms down stairs & too warm upstairs. Also we would have enjoyed a patio in the back. But this was a keeper vaca home!

It was a nice property. The stove does need looked at as all the burners do not work and seem to have no high or low positions in use. With a large group like we had it would be nicer to be able to actually put the garbage out for the garbage man to take rather than have to take it to the main building. The other question is if we have to pay to use the amentities then why can we not use the indoor pool? With smaller children and sometimes it being cooler this would be a great benefit.
