CLEANING PROCEDURE
We hire professionals who perform a deep clean and disinfect ALL surfaces prior to your arrival.
No cleaning is requested of guest prior to checkout.

• KITCHEN: Spacious & renovated- breakfast island w/ seating, quartz countertops, and stainless appliances. Fully stocked w/ all kitchen basics, toaster oven, microwave, blender.
• LIVING ROOM - huge space w/ cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, brand new furniture, ceiling fan & new 65" Roku Tv.
• DINING ROOM w/ full dining set: large table and 6 chairs
• 3 BEDROOMS total: NOTE THE PRIMARY BEDROOM LOCATED IN NEWLY REFINISHED BASEMENT w/EGRESS WINDOW. Two bedrooms on 1st Floor, Every bedroom in all the units has its own Smart TV plus dedicated closet, dressers and nightstands. Some lamps have USB ports as well.
• BATHROOMS: 2 full baths: one on 1st floor with tub, second bathroom w/shower en-suite in basement
• MATTRESSES: One King, Two Queen: all new mattresses: medium-firm
• LAUNDRY: Washer/Dryer – free, in renovated basement

CHILDREN: Note this home is absolutely child-friendly.
However, it is NOT child-proofed.

• Acceptance of the House Rules is assumed upon booking.
• Guest Agreement Required within 48 hours required to finalize booking. Please ask for a copy before booking if you have any concerns.
• Refundable Security Deposit within 48 hours required to finalize booking- an automated credit card "hold" 3 days prior to arrival, and required for property access (Note: this is a "hold" and not an actual charge, similar to hotel and car rental policies.) Please note this hold is done through Ownerrez, an Airbnb and VRBO authorized 3rd party Property Management System
• We highly recommend that, as a guest, you purchase Travel Insurance through an independent company for your trip, including Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy.
• Additional guests will only be allowed upon request and permission from host.
• We rent to responsible adults where the Booking party is at least 25 years of age.
• There is a Ring Doorbell/Camera located on the exterior front door of the property
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am due to town Noise Ordinance. For the same reason, there are also no parties.
HOUSE RULES
• Acceptance of the House Rules is assumed upon booking
• No unregistered guests. including unregistered children. (for insurance & liability reasons, everyone needs to be registered). Additional guests could be allowed upon request and permission from host.
• No parties of any kind. If a party is hosted with unregistered guests, Guests and occupants may be evicted without refund, which may also include, if applicable, forfeiture of Guest's security deposit.
• Smoking IS allowed outdoors on the property at least 15 feet away from the house. NO Smoking allowed anywhere in the home, including sunroom porch.
• Quiet time is between 10:00pm-8:00am. This includes loud music and voices; noise travels easily where it is quiet and serene.
• If you bring a pet, please use the pet covers provided on the couches, chair and bed
• No wet towels or clothing on the furniture please.
• Do not move larger furniture.
• Doors should remain closed to keep the bugs and mosquitoes out of the house.
• There is no garbage disposal - please be careful what goes in the kitchen sink.
• No candles anywhere on the property.
• No weapons are allowed on the property
