The exclusive, nicely furnished apartment at the top on the 5th floor with an unobstructed, stunning views of the Baltic Sea is located directly on the sandy, kilometer wide Baltic beach in the middle of a private resort. Barbecue, outdoor swimming pool and mooring, landscaped with native flora and fauna, you can enjoy from the top, from their private balconies or share exclusively with the guests of the resort. A private beach access to the resort takes you through a small pine forest to 20 m directly on the sandy Baltic. A spacious indoor pool with children's pool as well as a sauna area with gym are directly accessible from your apartment. A few steps lead to a boutique, a bakery, a pizzeria, a cafe and a fish bistro. To end a beautiful day or for the greater hunger is a gourmet restaurant and a bar right in the house. +++ In 2019, construction work on the neighboring buildings may be impaired. The outdoor pools are expected to be open from April / Mail until September / October.

Your spacious, comfortable non-smoking apartment is located at the top of the 5th floor and is easily accessible via a lift. The apartment offers about 57 square meters for up to 4 people and has a large glass balcony. The bedroom, the bathroom, the hallway and the dining, living and kitchen area are high-quality with great attention to detail comfortably equipped.   The view of the Baltic Sea is guaranteed from all rooms.         

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Gigantische Aussicht! Lage sehr gut! Sauberkeit mäßig.

Prora ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel im Osten zu erkunden. Waren mit Öffentlichem Nahverkehr (vor allem Bus) unterwegs. Die Öffis fuhren zuverlässig, waren teilweise aber lange unterwegs. Es gibt auch viel im Umfeld zu entdecken z. B. die Feuersteinfelder, den Baumwipfelpfad oder Prora selbst. Im Gebäude gibt es Sauna, Fitnessgeräte, Innen-und Außenpool, Tischkicker. Das Gastroangebot ist lecker aber noch überschaubar bzw. einiges abends geschlossen: selber kochen oder unterwegs essen ;-) Vor dem Haus ein kilometerlanger Sandstrand, der nicht überlaufen ist. Wow! Die Wohnung ist eine der wenigen mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Bei vielen Wohnungen versperrt der Kiefernwald die Sicht aufs Wasser. Die Wohnung ist gut und praktisch ausgestattet. Sauberkeit siehe oben. Ich würde die Wohnung trotzdem weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Wohnung, modern, super Lage, grandioser Ausblick, nah am Strand. Bauarbeiten waren sehr weit entfernt, nicht zu hören. Die ganze geschichtsträchtige Anlage ist unglaublich interessant. Im März ruhige Gästeschaft, im Sommer sicher recht belebt.

Sehr schönes App. Wunderbare Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Gepflegtes, sehr ordentliches Ambiente!!! Sehr hygienisch, so sollte es auch sein!!! Wir waren einfach zufrieden. Kleinere Mängel; der Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon etwas klein und aus der Mode gekommen. Für die nächsten Urlauber sollte dieser erneuert werden. Und der Geschirrspüler etwas laut und reinigt sehr lange......Wir waren einfach zufrieden!!!

Aufenthalt war super, Prora und die Umgebung ist sehr interessant. Momentan befindet sich nebenan noch eine Baustelle. Die Bilder der Wohnung sind nicht zu viel versprechend.
