The accommodation is ideally situated between the beach and pine forest, in the quiet residential area of Domaine des Écureuils – a well-chosen name since the red squirrel, emblem of the municipality, can often be spotted in the morning along the avenues leading to the sea or town centre.



This semi-detached house of 60 m², which can accommodate up to 4 people, is located just 500 metres from Rochelets beach, a large sandy beach accessible to all, supervised in July and August, and equipped with an area dedicated to water sports: kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing, etc.



On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen overlooking the living-dining room is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and everything needed for cooking. The living area has a dining space, a television, fibre Wi-Fi as well as guest access to the Netflix account. It opens onto an enclosed garden with a tiled terrace of 10 m². You will find garden furniture, an electric grill, as well as a motorised sun awning to make the most of the fine weather.



On the upper floor, the house has two bedrooms:

- one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm)

- one bedroom with bunk beds



A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the accommodation.



For your comfort, you also have:

- two toilets (one in the bathroom, one independent)

- a hairdryer, an ironing board and iron, a washing machine

- a private parking space with the possibility of charging for an electric vehicle, just next to the house

Before you leave, go and say hello to the famous Ocean Serpent, a work by artist Huang Yong Ping, part of the "Estuary Trail". Check the tide times as the reptile only reveals itself when the sea is low! Don't leave without having tasted the famous "Saint Michel Pancakes" and taken a break on the wall of the lick ice creams from La Fraiseraie in Pornic at the foot of the "Bluebeard's Castle".
