It was a very hot day. When we arrived, there was no air conditioning or lights. It took 3 hours to convince the manager that it was broken. They sent a man to pick up the “cleaning fee,” as soon as we arrived. They didn’t send anyone to fix anything and wouldn’t confirm they could give us a refund if we left. By 11:30pm we couldn’t find another place to stay so we had to stay in the dark and in the heat. It was a major inconvenience…we got charged for missing our dinner reservations and it ruined our first evening in St Tropez. We left early in the morning.
