A separate entrance and its own parking space and outdoor seating belong to the apartment. The beach is within walking distance (400 m) through the pine forest. The cycling trail leads past the house. The central location of the shops are well within walking distance. The newly created park and the beautiful beach road in the immediate vicinity and invite you to stroll. The same applies to companies with the "Orlando Furioso", the famous railway museum, as well as the bus. 1.5 km away is the "Inselparadies", a large leisure and family bath with sauna area.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in the annex and can be reached through a separate entrance. The combined kitchen and dining area is the ideal place to start his planning for the day.
