Issy: 1 room apartment in Oberuhldingen

Welcome to our apartment "Issy" in Uhldingen / Lake Constance. From here to the free beach, the UNESCO World Heritage pile dwellings and the jetty to the island of Mainau and all other Bodenseehäfen or to the tractor museum you need only about 20 minutes on foot or 8 minutes by bike.
Directly from the apartment idyllic paths invite you to excursions into the hinterland with Schloss Salem, the Monkey Mountain or the Baroque church Birnau. Meersburg and Überlingen are only about 8 km away.
"Issy" is located in our family house at ground level and has about 30 sqm for max. 2 persons.
In July 2016, we have the apartment modern, bright and comfortable. It has 1 double bed (180x200), satellite TV, a new ALNO fitted kitchen with stove, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and a bathroom with shower.
A private terrace with seating invites you to linger.
Our house is quietly located in a residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac, next to a large field. Nevertheless, it is the center of the village with supermarket, bakery and other shops and bus and train only about 5 minutes walk.
The apartment has its own parking space for cars and bicycles.

A lovely host with a nice apartment

Ute was very friendly and welcome to us, very hospitable. The room had practically everything we needed, we could easily cook for ourselves. Everything was nice and clean. The apartment stayed cool during the hot days, which is nice after discovering the area for hours in 33 degrees C.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin begrüßt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet. Es fehlte nichts. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5 Minuten von Geschäften (Bäcker, Fleischer, Edeka, Restaurants) und der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Mit der Bodenseecard, die man mit Anmeldung vom Vermieter bekommt, kann man kostenlos die Umgebung erkunden, was wir ausgiebig nutzten, da Parkplätze in den Städten ziemlich teuer sind. Die Busse fahren auch am Wochenende aller 20 Minuten. Während unseres Aufenthaltes erkundigte sich die Vermieterin mehrfach, ob alles in Ordnung ist und verabschiedete uns auch sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder.

Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig, sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Fahrräder könnten in der Garage abgestellt werden. Die Terrasse war sehr gemütlich und Uhldingen-Mühlhofen ist eine Reise wert. Edeka Bäckerei zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren um den Bodensee ist. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die einem sogar ihre Garage für die E-Bikes zur Verfügung stellt. Die Wohnung bietet eine schöne Küchenzeile, ein schickes Bad mit Dusche und ein riesiges Bett mit top Matratzen.

Prima Unterkunft

Unser Apartment war sehr sauber, hell, sehr gepflegt mit schöner kleiner Terrasse für Mahlzeiten und "Chillen" nach unseren Radtouren. Die Vermieterin war super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir waren total zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft für eine Auszeit zu Zweit sehr weiterempfehlen !!
