The modern apartment has 2 rooms for 2 people. The apartment is located on the 8th OG and offers a unique all-round view of the entire Lake Constance. This can best be enjoyed on the large, partially covered south-facing balcony / roof terrace.
Immenstaad is the ideal place for your vacation at Lake Constance. Located between Meersburg and Friedrichshafen, all interesting destinations can be reached quickly. Immenstaad itself offers everything you need for a pleasant stay with its direct location on Lake Constance, the beach and indoor swimming pool, the pier and the numerous restaurants and cafes.

The equipment of the 58 sqm apartment includes:
- Bedroom with a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
- Living room with leather sofa, armchair, coffee table, HD TV, dining table group
- Modern fitted kitchen incl. Built-in stove with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and microwave and extensive kitchen accessories
- Bright hallway with wardrobe
- daylight bathroom with bathtub
- WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS

Two coin-operated washing machines and a drying room are available in the basement.

An elevator takes you to the apartment in the 7th First floor, then via a staircase to the attic floor. Access is NOT barrier-free! Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, not in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Note that bed linen and towels are NOT provided, they must be brought by the guests.

Please note that in addition to the overnight price in Immenstaad, a tourist tax of 2.90 euros from 01. April to 31 October and 1.60 euros from 01. November to 31 March is charged per person per night. This must be paid in cash on arrival. In return you will receive the Echt-Bodensee-Card / guest card with which you can enjoy free travel by bus and train in the region of the Bodo transport association and benefits at over 170 excursion destinations in the Lake Constance region.

A good time

Wir waren erneut in dieser FeWo und wieder sehr zufrieden. In 50 Jahren Urlaub habe ich noch keine so saubere FeWo oder Hotel vorgefunden. Alles was man braucht ist da. Die Vermieter sehr sehr freundlich. Der Blick vom Balkon ist grandios. Rundum Lokale wo man sehr gut Essen kann. Ich wünschte, ich wäre eine Balkonpflanze und könnte bis zum Herbst auf dem Balkon bleiben und die Fernsicht genießen. Es war einfach ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Ein grandioses Ferienerlebnis. Danke.

Ferien am Bodensee

Wohnung im 8. Obergeschoss eines Hochhauses. Zu Fuß sind es circa 15 Minuten bis zum See und Ortskern. Dafür ist die Aussicht vom Südbalkon hervorragend. Die Wohnung enthält alles Notwendige und war bei Ankunft sehr sauber. Das Preis – Leistungs– Verhältnis passt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Appartment mit fantastischer Aussicht

Einfach WUNDERBAR

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen, alles da, sehr sauber, die Aussicht einzigartig, durch die Bushaltestellen in der Nähe ist man nicht auf ein Auto angewiesen, sehr schön!!! Man kann dann auch mal den guten Wein vom Bodensee geniessen. Und die Fahrten mit Bus und Bahnen sind kostenlos in einen großen Radius um Immenstaad. Gerne wieder. Tolle Wohnung, gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. In der Küche gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank und eine Spülmaschine. Alle Lüchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer ist groß tolle Matratzen. Der Balkon ist wirklich toll, der Blick auf den Bodensee unbezahlbar. Fürs Auto gibt es einen festen Parkplatz und für Fahrräder einen Unterstand. Die Vermieter sind mega nett, sehr hilfsbereit und standen uns bei allen Anliegen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Grandioser Alpenblick

Schöner, geräumiger Wohn-Essbereich mit großem Balkon und einem fantastischen Panorama-Blick über Bodensee und Schweizer Alpen. Alle Räume sind modern eingerichtet. Das Bad ist etwas klein und verbaut, das Schlafzimmer dagegen recht groß und gut möbliert. Wem es nichts ausmacht, in einem Hochhaus zu logieren, wird mit einer tollen Aussicht und einer recht schönen, komfortablen Wohnung entschädigt.
