Haus Annette – Apartment No. 1 with Balcony and Wi-Fi

Located in Immenstaad on Lake Constance, Apartment No. 1 offers step-free access and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 49 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A baby cot and high chair are also provided. Enjoy relaxing evenings on your private balcony.

Our house is situated in a quiet yet central location, to the lake approx. 50m, to the village center, lido or free lake access approx. 5 min. The 2-room vacation apartments are located in the attic and each have a balcony, car and bicycle parking, satellite TV as well as oven or microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. A crib and high chair are available if required. Drinks can be bought in the house. We would be pleased if you spend your vacation with us.
