The well-equipped holiday apartment "Seerose" is located in the Swiss lakeside town of Kreuzlingen, a direct neighbour of Konstanz, and is only a few metres from the lakeshore. The 70 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a single bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and offers space for up to 5 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine (both on request), cable TV, and a baby cot. On the balcony, you can start your day with a coffee, while the shared outdoor area features a lush rose garden among trees, where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast or prepare a delicious dinner on the grill in the evening.



A washing machine is available on request and for an additional fee.



Pets are welcome and may be brought along at no extra charge. A few metres from the accommodation, there is a private property with several parking spaces. You will receive a parking card from the host, and one of the parking spaces is guaranteed for you. For loading and unloading, for example after shopping, there are parking spaces directly in front of the house. In the basement, there is a separate shelter for bicycles.

Schöne, gut gelegene Wohnung

Wir waren zu dritt mit zwei Hunden zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann das Auto stehen lassen und alles zu Fußerreichen. Mit Hunden ist der komplett eingezäunte Garten optimal.

Urlaub mit vielen Abstrichen

Laute Großbaustelle in Hörweite. Fernseher vorhanden und funktionsfähig, aber leider nicht angeschlossen, wurde in der Woche auch leider nicht behoben. Versprochener Wasserkocher war nicht vorhanden. Die Türe zum Badezimmer war aus den Angeln gerissen, damit war die Türe nicht vernünftig zu schließen. Das Esszimmer befindet sich daneben, Geruchsbelästigung vorprogrammiert. WLAN nur an wenigen Stellen in der Wohnung nutzbar. Mobiliar billig und in die Jahre gekommen, z.B. billige und durchgelegene Matratze, für Rückenschmerzen absolut nicht geeignet. Bei Ankunft haben wir bereits schmutziges Geschirr vorgefunden. Alles in Allem ein schönes Haus, mit wunderschönem Garten, großzügig und gut geschnittene Ferienwohnung mit einer schlechten Ausstattung.

Wir haben Ihre Kommentare zur Kenntnis genommen und mit Ihrer Gastgeberin Silvia gesprochen, die uns mitteilte, dass sie zu keinem Zeitpunkt auf irgendwelche Probleme aufmerksam gemacht wurde. Sie begrüßt ihre Gäste persönlich und erkundigt sich immer nach deren Zufriedenheit und ist überrascht, dass Sie weder zu diesen Zeiten noch während Ihres Aufenthalts etwas erwähnt haben. Das Haus einschließlich seiner Ausstattung wird vor jeder Neuankunft ausnahmslos gründlich gereinigt und vor der Übergabe an die Gäste überprüft. Es wird auch regelmäßig kontrolliert. Die Badezimmertür wurde überprüft und die Scharniere sind nicht gebrochen, und das W-LAN funktioniert im ganzen Haus einwandfrei. Wir bemühen uns, dass die Bilder in unseren Inseraten die Immobilie genau wiedergeben; sie wurden von Profis ohne Filter oder Weitwinkelobjektive aufgenommen und ohne Retusche hochgeladen, so dass sie die wahre Realität der Unterkunft und der Umgebung widerspiegeln. Dieses Haus ist ein typisches Schweizer Landhaus, das seinen traditionellen und authentischen Charakter bewahren soll. Die Möbel sind auf den Fotos deutlich zu sehen und sind weder billig noch abgenutzt. Es tut uns leid, wenn die Matratze Ihnen Rückenschmerzen bereitet hat. Der Komfort von Betten und Matratzen ist eine Frage der persönlichen Vorliebe, und da einige Gäste härtere Matratzen den weicher

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit top Lage

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die lage perfekt und für Familien gut geeignet. Kommen gern wieder.

Perfekte Lage, gemütliche Wohnung

Pros: Von der Vermieterin wurden wir freundlich in Empfang genommen. Es gibt einen zur Wohnung gehörenden Parkplatz. Die Lage ist ideal. In ein paar Minuten ist man am See oder auch mitten in Konstanz. Einen Supermarkt gibt es ebenfalls in Fußnähe. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Gäbe es noch eine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit für das Schlafzimmer, wäre alles perfekt. Aber wir haben uns dennoch wohlgefühlt.
