Aufenthalt

Die FeWo ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants sind nicht gerade um die Ecke. Wir hätten uns eine normale Kaffeemaschine gewünscht. Die Bedienung des Kaffeeautomaten hat sich mir nicht erschlossen. Hier sollte eine Bedienungsanleitung vorliegen.

Gut gelegene Wohnung

Schön gelegene Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, direkt am Wald. Bäckerei und Busse in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Mit Kaffeevollautomat, sehr praktisch. DANKE

Ferienwohnung ist für Senioren nicht geeignet.

Ferienwohnung ist groß aber abgewohnt. Viele Sachen sind nicht ganz in Ordnung. ( Tiefkühlfach im Kühlschrank, Schimmelflecke am Rand der Badewanne, Verdunklung im Schlaf- und Küchenbereich) Eine Schule gegenüber wurde in der Beschreibung auch nicht erwähnt. Morgens bis zum späten Nachmittag Lärm. Ruhige Lage?

Gut für kurzen Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend, war auch soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht. Personen mit leichtem Schlaf würden wir Oropax empfehlen, da das Bett in der Küche steht (der Kühlschrank ist etwas laut) und man die Nachbarn von oben auch teils laut hört.

Günstige Wohnung

Konstanz und der Bodensee sind super! Die Lage der Wohnung ist recht außerhalb, dafür am Wald und kaum Autoverkehr. Eine Schule ist direkt gegenüber. Die Wohnung und die Ausstattung ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Das ein Garten teilweise mit genutzt werden kann, ist schön.

Bewertung der Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war zentral gelegen, die Anbindung in die Stadt war sehr gut. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, gut eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden. Was wir nicht wussten, dass die Küche und der Schlafbereich ein Raum sind (vielleicht bei der Beschreibung überlesen). Hat uns aber nicht unbedingt gestört.

Fewo in schöner und ruhiger Lage

Für unsere geplanten Aktivitäten war die Fewo ideal gelegen. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln konnte alles bestens erreicht werden.

Nette Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war soweit gut. Man muss einiges von sich aus mitnehmen, da sie kaum ausgestattet ist (Spüli, nur 1 Klopapierrolle, kaum Putzzeug), jedoch war dies für uns und unseren Urlaub okay. Des Weiteren wurde wir auf ausgiebiges Lüften hingewiesen, jedoch war das Bad schon sehr geschimmelt. Da sollte in nächster Zeit mal etwas gemacht werden. Da wir kaum im Bad waren, war dies jedoch zum aushalten. Kommunikation war super und der Check in einfach. Trotz allem kann man die Unterkunft gut weiter empfehlen.

Super Lage für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Konstanz und haben insbesondere die ruhige, aber dennoch stadtnahe Lage geschätzt. Ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen und die Räder konnten ebenfalls sicher und trocken untergebracht werden.

Überraschungen in Konstanz

Wir waren sehr angetan von der Umgebung und dem Haus. Die Wohnung bot ein paar Überraschungen: Schlafen in der Küche. Grundschule direkt gegenüber. Im Bad ein Spiegel für Riesen. Alles erträglich. Die Lage entsprach nicht den Angaben. Entfernung zur Innenstadt Konstanz ca. 3 km statt 900 m. Wir hatten ja einen PKW dabei. Ruhig ist es Nachts - prima. Am Morgen früh Verkehrslärm durch Elterntaxi, Baustellenandienung und Müllabfuhr. Mittags gelegentlich Klavierübungen im Haus. Trotz allem würden wir gerne wiederkommen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bequem. Einige Kleinigkeiten kann man nachbessern und wir sind nicht besonders empfindlich. Wir wissen ja jetzt, was uns erwartet.

Ferienwohnung vom Feinsten

In dieser Ferienwohnung hat alles gepasst. Die Lage am Rande der Stadt und trotzdem gut und schnell alles zu erreichen. In der Wohnung ist alles was man zu einem gemütlichen Kurzurlaub braucht. Und für uns war es auch wichtig die Fahrräder gut unterzubringen. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Jederzeit wieder.

Entspannter Kurzurlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und enthält alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen haben uns das große Wohn-/Esszimmer, die schöne Gartenterrasse, wo wir unsere kleine Tochter sorglos spielen lassen konnten und der Kaffeevollautomat :) Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Mit öffenlichen Verkehrsmitteln braucht man doch etwas länger in die Stadt und wir haben deshalb meistens unser Auto benutzt. Sollten wir wieder einmal einen Kurzurlaub am Bodensee planen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!
