Modern apartment with combined living-sleeping area, separate fitted kitchen, bathroom, storage room (with washer and dryer) and an inviting terrace. The living / sleeping area has a 160x200 comfort bed, a large flat screen TV and a dining area, and is provided with towel service and linen. The ground floor apartment is located in a quiet residential street. The fitted kitchen is functional and has a filter coffee machine and in addition a capsule coffee machine. Microwave, toaster and kettle are also available. You can use the internet for free via Wi-Fi. Shops, restaurants and the bus stop can be found in the immediate vicinity. The beach in Wallhausen or the city of Konstanz can be reached quickly and free of charge (guest card) by bus.
