Spectacular marsh views and sunsets in this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath lowcountry cottage 
This house is in one of the most serene neighborhoods on the island. We are located at the end of a private street, surrounded by beautiful marshes, adjacent to the marsh walk and crabbing/fishing dock with access to the private neighborhood swimming pool that is close by.   The home comes complete with a golf cart, kayaks, beach chairs and toys.  Amenity cards are available for purchase. Amenity cards are required to access resort amenities: swimming pools, restaurants, bars, tennis, golf and more. 
This is a newly remodeled, comfortable, feel-good home. When you enter the house, a feeling of calm washes over you, and you are immediately taken in by the extraordinary views. Enjoy a 180 degree view of beautiful marshes, wildlife, and the nature that is Fripp Island.  From the decks, patio, kitchen, dining and den you will be looking up Old House Creek, enjoying the spectacular views and sunsets over the marsh. The house provides a wonderful setting for outdoor meals on the screened-in back deck or for catching sun on the open deck, while enjoying the multitude of deer and marsh birds. Downstairs, there's an outdoor shower and a propane grill for guests.  The fishing from the crab dock is usually fantastic and you will enjoy the fish cleaning station on the patio.  
The house has 3 bedrooms, all separated for privacy.  The main bedroom has the primary bath and laundry room adjacent.  This bathroom has a huge walk in tile shower.  The two remaining bedrooms are separated by a jack & jill bathroom with a tiled shower/tub.  There is an outside shower for your convenient when coming home from a day at the beach or kayaking in the marsh.
Please: NO smoking, NO pets and NO parties or events.  Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
Check in time is between 4PM-8PM. Check out time is 10AM.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment.
