In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to 100 m from the house. 100 m footpath (12 steps) to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery 1 km, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Mendrisio" 12 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Heel ruim huis zeer smaakvol ingericht. Wel veel natuurstenen trappen waardoor het huis en zwembad niet geschikt is voor peuters, kleuters en mindervaliden.Heerlijk koel en schoon zwembad, mooie zitjes buiten en goede bbq plaats.Kortom, we hebben een heerlijke week gehad.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus sowie die Einrichtung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der grosse Garten mit dem privaten Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Die beiden Badezimmer wurden renoviert und sehen neu viel besser aus, als auf den Fotos im Internet. Die Küche ist eher spärlich eingerichtet und dürfte mehr Alltagsgegenstände beinhalten. Uns haben vor allem Putzlappen und Schwämme gefehlt. Die Sauberkeit, vor allem in der Küche, liess leider zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

L'endroit est idyllique, la maison a un charme magnifique et est vraiment très spacieuse. Les extérieurs avec la piscine et la terrasse et cheminée bbq sont idéal pour passer de merveilleuse vacances.

schöne Lage

das Haus liegt an einer wirklich schönen und ruhigen Lage jedoch gibt es kein einziger Lebensmittel Laden oder wie beschrieben eine Metzgerei usw. der nächste Laden ist dann doch noch relativ weit wenn man ohne Fahrrad oder Auto einkaufen will, der Laden hat auch nur das Nötigste, einkaufen ,ratsam in Mendrisio und das auf Vorrat in Zeiten WLAN funktionierte mehrere Tage nicht! Pool wurde nur auf unser verlangen nach einer ersten Ferien Woche befüllt :-(

Dieses Haus ist einzigartig! Winderschön gelegen! Sehr gut eingerichtet! Die Nasszellen liebevoll und grosszügig. Sehr sehr sauber. Für Kunstliebhaber ein „Eldorado!“ das Hausinterne Grotto ruft förmlich nach Festen. Der Garten ist hingebungsvoll gepflegt! Leider war es zu kalt um den schönen Pool zu geniessen. Alles in Allem sehr, sehr schöne Tage.

Haus voller Kunstschätze

Haus, Badzimmer, Pool waren sehr gut. Schwachpunkt: Küche mit undichtem Abfluss, stark verschmutzen Töpfen+Pfannen und keinerlei Material ausser Salz (keine Folie, null Gewürze, nicht ein Teebeutel, einfach nichts). Es wäre sehr nützlich gewesen, wenn wir das in der Beschreibung des Hauses vorher hätten lesen können. Mehrere Tage kein WLAN.

Das Haus im Allgemeinen ist gut. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Wäsche zum Bad war zum Teil zu klein und alt (ganz dünn im Stoff). Der Duschvorhang hatte am unteren Rand Rotalgen. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken. Im Küchenschrank lag eine Pulverartige Substanz, wir haben es geputzt. Pfannen gab es so gut wie keine, die zum Gebrauch geeignet wäre. Wir kauften eine Bratpfanne. Das ganze Haus wirkt Schmuddelig und muffelt. Schade, es wäre ein wirklich cooles Haus. Keine 4 Sterne wert.

Schönes Haus mit Mängel

Das Haus ist ein schönes grosses Altes Tessinerhaus, auf 2 Stockwerken, die Küche ist in einem desolaten Zustand, im Glaskeramikherd hatte es ein Loch und beim Wasserhahn konnte man das Wasser nicht mehr richtig mischen entweder war es zu Heiss oder zu Kalt! Der Wasserkocher war aussen verschmutzt und hatte noch Wasser drin. Auch hatte es im ganzen Haus Spinnweben. Kann ihnen gerne Fotos schicken.
