Charmante maison avec un agréable jardin, située au-dessus d'une rivière, dans le calme petit village de Cadéac (St Lary à 10 MNS en voiture).Le rez de chaussée a été entièrement rénové, l'étage aurait besoin d'un coup de neuf lui aussi, mais il est tout à fait confortable.Maison mitoyenne, mais sans aucune gêne ni vis à vis.Pas de possibilité de se garer dans la propriété, mais des places à proximité.Bonne communication avec la propriétaire.
