Delightful home set up with 1 bedroom and a study and two baths. Located in Sundance Active Adult Community (55+ only). For your enjoyment, there is a beautiful yard and covered patio with propane BBQ. The Sundance Golf Club is an 18 hole championship facility. Community activities are endless - from swimming, fitness, quilting, bridge, and billiards, to tennis, Pickleball and a fully equipped gym. Relax and enjoy!
PLEASE NOTE: Minimum Stay is 90 days due to HOA Restrictions, Bookings limited to 60 days in advance, At least one guest must be 55+. No occupant can be under 19.

This house is relatively new and very comfortable. The patio is awesome with ample outdoor furniture, BBQ grill, and professionally landscaped yard. Located in a retirement community with all of the best amenities including golf course, outdoor pools, hot tub, rec center, restaurant, billiards, ping pong, tennis, pickleball, and many planned activities.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Delightful neighborhood with several regional parks nearby for hiking . The home just has a nice comfortable feel to it and the backyard is great for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
