1619 Sq Ft , 2 car garage house inside Pebble Creek. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, den. open living, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Porcelain tile and quartz throughout. Brand new appliances, Sonos media system, lots of linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. This house has been furnished to provide every comfort required.
The house even comes with a golf cart.
The back patio is awesome, BBQ grill, and patio table, seating area and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing after a day of golf or entertaining friends.

PebbleCreek is an age restricted community, One of the guests must be at least 40 years old.

1 small (1-15LBS) dog allowed with a non-refundable $200 Pet Fee
Gas & Electric Included up to $200 mo combined

Pebblecreek is a golfers paradise with 3-18 hole golf courses, 20 pickle ball courts, tennis, community center with gym, 3 resort community pools, 2 lap pools, hot tubs, bocce ball courts, wide variety of crafts, restaurant and bar. Guests have access to the amenities for a $25 dollar fee (2 guests) payable to PebbleCreek.

Justine was a wonderful host. The listing might need to be updated. The use of the golf cart was a huge plus, but was not listed as a feature. Maybe change the listing to include only dogs. So many people are allergic to cats.Wonderful property with great location!

This house has everything you need, from the basics, to the unanticipated surprises, and some fun upgrades too.
