This is a newer private 1900 sq ft home with beautiful entry seating area, opulent master bedroom with 75-in TV and walk-in closet, separate guest ensuite, office/den with sofa bed, powder bathroom, large open great room/kitchen/dining area with 86-inch TV, backyard meant for entertaining with multiple conversations areas, out-door dining space, and built-in BBQ island. Home has a 3-car garage with golf cart included at no extra cost during your stay. Fully furnished home with well-equipped gourmet kitchen.

Enjoy beautiful nearby hiking, 15 minutes to State Farm Stadium, and 25 minutes to downtown Phoenix to enjoy a Diamondbacks game.

PebbleCreek Resort is a premier active-adult community; renters must be 40+. Minimum 1-month rental period per HOA policy. Max 2 tenants, however overnight visitors/guests allowed for weekends/short term stay per HOA rules.

I was met by the property manager Rick when i arrived. He was very helpful throughout my entire stay. The house was beautiful and centrally located. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Can not express enough how wonderful this place was. Very modern amenities. Bed is very comfortable not one thing missing for our stay. The people that look after the place live in the community and were amazing to deal with. If you are bored at this place then that’s your fault!!
