Relax in this fully-furnished, bright, modern, spacious, 2-bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo with expansive views of Banderas Bay. This open-concept condo has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Or you are within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. Bedrooms have king-sized beds with ample closet space. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with panoramic views of the ocean and city. The second bedroom has an attached bathroom which also has an additional entry through the main living area. Washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, and gym. A secure parking space is available if needed with a refundable deposit.

Located in the charming and historic Cinco de Diciembre neighborhood, this condo is centrally located and within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and some of the best authentic taco stands in the entire city. The beach is 5 blocks away and Malecon is 7 blocks. This condo is in the ideal location to explore all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

This condo does include one designated parking space and has an elevator. Please note this unit is located on a hill, which is why it has such breathtaking views. While many walk up it - you may prefer to take a taxi or Uber/Lyft. These options are readily available and are very reasonably priced.
