The home was clean and exactly as I thought it would be ,the hot tub got actually hot ( many do not!) The pool was perfect Temperature, did not need to be heated. Very clean. The host was very receptive Anytime I texted, absolutely great for the price and location! We will be back.

It was very nice, cozy and comfortable. I would suggest this house to anybody looking to stay in Kissimmee/Orlando Florida. And be sure to rent again if I come back myself. The host provided all essentials (from the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens supplies, cleaning supplies, safety (floats etc.), entertainment (Alexa speaker, board games etc). I rate this stay 1000/100… lol

Kimberly’s VRBO has become our go-to place anytime we’re in Florida! This was our second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first. The private pool area is one of our favorite parts — very relaxing, well kept, and perfect for unwinding. The hot tub was great after long days out, and the overall outdoor setup really makes the stay feel private and comfortable.The location is also excellent and close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and quiet. Kimberly was incredibly nice, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire stay. You can tell they truly care about their guests having a great experience. We’ll definitely be back again!

We had a great stay. The home was very clean and well cared for. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the spa was hot and ready to go—such a nice bonus. Beds were comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and feel at home. Overall, it was a comfortable, relaxing stay and we’d happily return.

We had a very nice stay, the house was very clean and the rooms were all great! The pool ( we had it heated) was great! We were in it in the mornings and in the evenings to relax. The host was quick to return a text when we needed a question answered. So close to anything we needed..look forward to staying here again.

As listed, this home was a great choice for our visit to the Orlando/Kissimmee area. We enjoyed easy access to great restaurants, all Disney properties, shopping, and highways. The house was exactly as described, with an emphasis on a patio and pool that were sun-drenched throughout the day. The heated pool feature was worthwhile on a few of our cooler, breezy days. We appreciated the abundance of household items provided by our host to help us keep her home tidy. She responded quickly and effectively to any of our inquiries. The house was clean and well-maintained in a quiet neighborhood. We would have no second thoughts in regard to reserving this home again!

Pool was great fence had green mold pool chairs need to be replaced umbrella stain and filthy. Guest’s bathroom sinks patched, painted. Broken blind in bathroom. Freezer full of food . Christmas tree still there. So much more to say. Please call
