Great Sun, Pool and HOT Spa- close to Parks, Disney -Stores,-Clean, quiet, NICE!

Private pool and spa area with umbrella, 4 lawn chairs, dining table w 8 chairs, pool toys and screened lanai. Eat on the covered deck and enjoy the great Florida weather! There is an extra removable fence around the pool to keep little ones safe and mosquitoes out! Washer and dryer, kitchen disposal, dishwasher, microwave, fully furnished kitchen, array of spices, gas range and big fridge (with cold filtered water spout and ice inside). Perfect location with a field and park in the block area. Very safe and close to everything from restaurants, major grocery stores and Disney and Universal theme parks close. Located about an hour to Cocoa beach one way, and West palm beach and New Smyrna beaches are about 1 hr. 15 min the other way. Two car garage with automatic opener. All one level- no stairs to worry about. Walk in large couples’ shower in master, plus one larger tub in master. And two standard tubs/shower combos in other two bathrooms. Easy access to main thorough fares. Uber and Lyft transport from the airport with ease. High speed WiFi throughout the house, with Spectrum cable Tv on smart TV’s (3)/ Roku, and 1 fire TV too , (One TV in each room). Computer desk space, printer, monitor. Cold A/c and central heat work great! Keyless entry pad for arriving at any hour. Comfortable beds, and bedrooms have darkening shades and curtains to allow you to sleep in. Come stay with us for a wonderful, memorable, relaxing vacation!
In winter time heating the pool/spa is an option for extra heating fee ($65 for up to 3 days). Let us know if it is desired. We also have a BBQ gas grill available (extra gas and cleaning fee if it is requested by guests $35). Alexa in the living room for playing your favorite music. Great house for a romantic couple, or for your family vacations !! New comfy couch in the living room and a recliner. Hot tub goes to 104 with jets. We had a great stay. The home was very clean and well cared for. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the spa was hot and ready to go—such a nice bonus. Beds were comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and feel at home. Overall, it was a comfortable, relaxing stay and we’d happily return.

We had a very nice stay, the house was very clean and the rooms were all great! The pool ( we had it heated) was great! We were in it in the mornings and in the evenings to relax. The host was quick to return a text when we needed a question answered. So close to anything we needed..look forward to staying here again.

Kimberly or Miss Kim as my boys affectionately call her now, was so welcoming and helpful. I came down with my 4 boys ages from 1 year to 16 years and the house was perfect. If you are looking for a family friendly house that is close to Disney and universal this is the place! There was so much room and she thought od everything from baby toulys and spoons to pool toys for the older kids. The house was very clean and even had extra towels and linens. Also the check in and out processes was one of the easiest I have experienced and ive rented on Vrbo for years. This will definitely be out go to place when coming to Orlando! If your looking book it now you won't regret it!

2 nights in Orlando after a cruise

The is was a perfect location to be close to everything but out of the chaos. House was exactly as listed, very clean, and the ease of communication with the house staff was amazing. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was more than enough room for everyone! Pool and hot tub were a great perk! Would highly recommend to others and would stay again if in the area.

Nice quiet Girls Weekend

Perfect place for a nice relaxing girls weekend away from the loud hustle and bustle of the busiest areas of Orlando. This rental is in a nice community area with not a lot of traffic or noise. It’s perfect for either a quiet girls weekend away from the kiddos or a family weekend with the kids. Whichever you prefer (we opted for the former :)The property management we dealt with was very friendly and accommodating We will definitely be back! We loved this property. It had everything we needed and more!

Very clean house, Kitchen very nice and well stocked, beds for us where to firm but if you like firm there great. House behind this house has a filthy Lanai that really is an eye sore to look at. Very close to all things Disney and Orlando. Over all enjoyed our stay and would recommend

Family vacation

The house was outstanding well stocked with everything you would need for a family vacation ,we spent 16 days there. Kim,our host was great to work with, she was very responsive to making sure everything was in tiptop shape for us. The pool area with the hot tub was great relaxing space to enjoy our family. Fantastic Stay!

My wife, son and his fiance, and I had a lovely stay at this home! It was plenty spacious without being so big that you would hear echoes. The bedrooms were nice, and the bathrooms attached to them were perfect. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The pool and whirlpool were a huge hit with the four of us. We spent at least three hours a day relaxing poolside. Communications with Kimberly were very quick and helpful. All in all, a very pleasant visit!

Wonderful clean home with Mickey Mouse pool

The home is very clean & located near Margaritaville resort, a movie theater, lots of stores including Target, Publix, and is a 6 min drive to Walmart & Starbucks. The host is lovely and very responsive. The master bed was so comfortable! Slightly firm but with a plush mattress topper that makes it feel incredibly comfortable. The pool is well maintained & like new with a Mickey Mouse design on the bottom. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice house

Nice location and nice house, the only reason of 4 star is the cheap pillows and sheets that kept rolling off the mattes all night. I would suggest investing in better quality sheets and pillows. Overall nice house and good communication.

We have been hosting our place in Puerto Vallarta for over 25 years and the one in Florida for 6 years now and Oklahoma 1 yr. it’s so much fun to see people relaxing and having a great time with their families -that means a lot to us! We have 7 kids and 16 grandkids so family is very important. We try to make every experience memorable so you will want to come back. We encourage guests to send us suggestions on how we can make it the best vacation. We update and buy new things all the time. Latest is our new comfy big couch and TV’s in 3 bedrooms. Why they chose this property

This location is close to everything from restaurants to shopping, to Disney, Sea World, and Universal, and only a short distance to the beaches. There are two king sized beds and 1 queen, and a day bed with a trundle underneath, ( twin size) . In the same room there is a full-sized crib and we also have a pack and play in the garage. So very kid friendly home.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and there are also some portable fans for our hot-blooded guests! We have central heat and air that works great.

The jets in the hot tub feel incredible at night before bed and early in the morning! Spa and pool are on a timed system. All automatic and easy to activate jets. When guests select for the pool to be heated it stays around 88 so very comfortable with spa going up to 104.

We have two kinds of coffee makers and they are included in the posted pictures if you are interested in that.

The pool has a screen around the exterior so there are no pesky mosquitoes or flies. The interior has another security fence as well for kiddo safety. There is a container of our pool inflatables you can use and guests are always contributing to the bin as well, but bring your own mouth or snorkel gear. We have all the bath towels for house needs but if you require beach towels feel free to bring them.

We appreciate our guests - especially those who take good care of our beautiful place. The House rules are posted for arrival and departure information and we are always just a text or phone call away. Come experience a great vacation!

What makes this property unique

The pool area is protected by a screen and also a net to keep little ones safe. Please keep it up whenever there are little ones around. Do not ever leave smaller children unattended. Please pay close attention to whereabouts of any small children at all times.

We keep it extra clean- and spray every other week. There is no smoking allowed inside our house. We buy new pillows, rugs, bedding and towels often - towels may not be used for outdoor car things.

Garage has automated opener. Front door is keyless entry so you can arrive late if needed. Also, Uber and Lyft pick us up for airport trips or other things all the time if you don’t have a car.

The neighborhood has a park and swing set area, and neighbors go walking each evening. It’s a great, safe, family oriented area. Come stay with us!
