For the good: great location. 15 minutes or less from all 4 Disney parks and short drive to Disney Springs. Gated community, we felt safe. The area was also quiet at night. The traffic in this area was mild and easy to get around. The not so good: I think the condo was somewhat clean but it is so beat up and worn it’s kind of hard to tell. The patio furniture is covered with mold. The Master Bath shower has black mold all around the base. One of the foot stools in the living room has a broken leg. Master bedroom sliding glass door was not completely closed when we arrived and there were dead bugs littering the carpet. The carpet was very worn and appeared not very clean throughout the unit.. Pictures online are obviously of when the unit was newer. Would I stay in this area again? Probably. Would I stay it this unit again? Probably not.

Great resort and location

Resort offered great swimming pool with 2 water slides. Tennis court was available and in great shape. Rooms were spacious and worked well for the family. Short drive to Disney World.

Perfect vacation rental!

We booked this property for a family vacation to Disney and Universal Studios, July 2024. Four kids, ranging from ages 5 to 14. It’s a great location, nice area with close restaurants and activities for kids. We all loved the super cute themed bedrooms and Mickey decor. Kids loved the pool! The owner was communicative and quick to reply to questions. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Orlando Holiday

We wanted to make our first holiday to Orlando as a family a great one, and this property delivered. My wife and I, and our two kids stayed for two weeks and can't gush enough about how much we loved it. The house had everything you could need. It was a perfect base of operations for our frequent trips to the theme parks; which were literally 10 mins by car. The area was clean and safe, and with Kissimmee Old Town on the door step, there were plenty of close places to eat and explore. After all that, being able to come back and relax in this house was amazing. If we are fortunate enough to get away again in the future, we'd love to return here.

Peaceful Villa Retreat with Great Amenities in Kissimmee

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Kissimmee! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed yet tucked away in a quiet area. We especially loved unwinding in the hot tub after busy days exploring. The modern rooms were comfortable, and having access to a great clubhouse with a pool just a short walk away was a fantastic bonus. The balcony overlooking the lake was a highlight, and we enjoyed watching the local wildlife like deer and birds—so peaceful! While there was a bit of dust on some surfaces and the hot tub could use a deep clean, it didn’t impact our experience much. Overall, this villa provided a great getaway, and we’d definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect Disney vacation spot if you need extra space

This was place was AWESOME. We traveled for a Disney trip with two kids plus a baby, and grandparents stayed for a few nights too, and we all had plenty of room. The place itself was clean and the decorations made my kids feel like they were at a Disney place. We were also surprised by how close it was to Disney. Basically three sets of lights and you’re at the gate. My kids also loved the pool and slides. A++++ communication with the property manager as well. It helped make for the perfect trip!
