Saubere Wohnung

Insgesamt ist die Wohnung schön, jedoch in manchen Punkten beengt. Es gibt keinen richtigen Tisch wo man zu dritt essen kann (da nützen auch die 5 Stühle nichts...). Schade ist, dass es kein WLAN gibt und keine Duschhandtücher. Das sollte eigentlich Standard sein. Die Lage der Wohnung ist aber der große Pluspunkt. Wir können sie weiterempfehlen.

Ideal für Erfurt-Trip und Kleinfamilie

In 15 min Fußweg ist man in der Altstadt. Supermärkte und Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vor dem Haus gibt es ausreichend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten für das Auto. Den Balkon konnten wir jeden Morgen für das Frühstück nutzen.

zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung mit sehr schönem Balkon

Sehr schöner Balkon zum Innenhof. In der Wohnung findet sich alles Notwendige. Für mehr Komfort wären ein Esstisch und ein richtiger Herd schön. Für zwei bis drei Personen okay. Zur Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß ca. 20 min.

Mit mehreren Personen etwas eng

Leider schien die Anzeige etwas geräumiger, auch dass die Küche nur zwei kleine Elektroplatten zu bieten hatte, war uns nicht klar. Ansonsten ist die Küche für den kleinen Hunger gut ausgestattet. Auch gibt es in der Unterkunft WLAN, unserer Meinung nach nicht mehr ganz Zeitgemäß. Essen kann man nur auf dem Balkon, wenn man nicht auf dem Bett essen möchte. Wir hatten mit dem Wetter Glück, bei schlechten Wetter wäre es schwierig geworden. Die Sauberkeit war eins a, es war alles sehr ordentlich. Handtücher sind allerdings nur kleine da. Schlusselubergabe nicht an der Unterkunft, klappte aber einwandfrei!

Am Tag der Ankunft , wir waren schon Unterwegs,wurde uns mitgeteilt das die Wohnung schon belegt ist und wir nicht hinkönnen! Sehr schlechte Organisation. Wir hoffen das wir unser Geld zurückbekommen!

Sehr schönes Urlaubswochenende mit meinem Sohn

Das Wochenende war wirklich sehr sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Mit meinem Sohn konnte ich alles sehr gut zu Fuß und mit dem Auto erreichen. Mein Sohn hätte nur gern am Abend noch Sender wie RTL o.ä. gesehen. ;-) Ein rundum perfektes und erholsames Wochenende! Immer wieder gern

war ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Achtung Parkplätze sind etwas knapp. Mit der Bahn kommt man gut und schnell ins Zentrum.

Mit dem Vermieter der Wohnung gab es ausser E-Mail keinen Kontakt, so dass man sich vor Ort mühsam zurechtfinden musste. Die Wohnung war auf dem ersten Blick sauber jedoch lag unter den Betten und Schränken viel altèr Staub. Auf meinem Laken befand sich ein undefinierbarer Fleck. Schade, denn die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön und dass sie sich im dritten Stock befindet, ist auf der Seite erwähnt worden, alles gut

Wohngebiet Erfurt

Die Ferienwohnung war ordentlich und sauber. Nur als zentral würde ich sie nicht bewerten, also man mußte doch noch ca. 25-30 Min. bis in die Altstadt laufen. Außerdem war die Wohnung im 3. Stock und forderte doch eine gewisse Kondition. Mit dem Balkon und mit der Ausstattung waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Nahe der Altstadt und sehr sauber

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir sind in nur 10 Minuten zu fuß in die Altstadt gelaufen. Parken ging kostenlos direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und ist sehr sauber. Es gibt aber leider kein Internet.

Quite and well located for us.

The VRBO was clean. The beds were not made So we had to pick from a huge stack of linens. We had difficulties finding the fitted and flat sheets. Most were duvet covers. We were cold for the first 2 days. There were no instruction sheet from the owner or where anything was. I text the owner asking for pillows and blankets since they were nowhere to be seen or on the shelfs. His text to me was "everything is in the unite. Have a good time"! After 2 days we finally found the pillows and blankets hidden side the couch. The shower towels are the size of hand towels in the US. It is definitely is on the 3rd floor. No elevator, get ready for steps. Parking is very tough to find without getting a ticket for making someone else mad in order to deliver luggage close to the door. The appliances are excellent. No instruction on how to operate the TV that has local channel. The VRBO is quite. Just use only what you have to in regards to linens and towels.

Hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung in Stadtnähe

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch, modern und effektiv eingerichtet. Man ist in 20 min in der Innenstadt, entweder zu Fuß, oder per Bahn. Auto kann man direkt vor dem Haus parken. Alles in allem tolle Wohnung zu einem top Preis. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete FeWo mit tollem Balkon

Sehr schön ist das kombinierte Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit Ausgang zum wunderbaren, überdachten Balkon mit hübschem Grünblick. Das zweite separate Schlafzimmer ist eher funktionell, da etwas klein und eng. Die Altstadt bzw. das Zentrum sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sonst fährt in der Nähe auch eine Straßenbahn. Die Küche ist ebenfalls funktionell ausgestattet. Im Bad wäre ein Handwaschmittel (Seifenspender war leider leer) und in der Küche ein wenig Spüli sinnvoll gewesen. Ansonsten haben wir uns in der geschmackvollen und sehr ruhigen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schlecht und nicht Zeitgemäss !

Kein Internet. Kein Aufzug ,3 Etage. Zu keiner Zeit Parkplatz. Keine gute Wohngegend. Winterbettdecken und Bettwäsche im Hochsommer. Tag der Anreise 19 Uhr 30 mussten wir 1 Stunde und 30 Minuten auf den Schlüssel warten. Nie wieder !

Schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung

Wir waren mit 6 Personen für ein Wochenende in dieser Wohnung. Alles sehr sauber und es fehlte in der Einrichtung an nichts. Ca.15 Minuten Fußweg in die Stadtmitte. Schön war auch der Balkon gerade auch für unsere Raucher. Hat alles auch super geklappt mit dem Vermieter. In der Nachbarschaft sind Bäcker und Supermarkt wo man schnell mal was besorgen kann. Parkplatz um die Ecke. Wir würden dieses Objekt jederzeit weiter empfehlen !!

Ruhig und zentral gelegene, freundlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich, befindet sich im 3. OG. Ruhige Lage, netter Balkon. 1 Wohnraum mit 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten und 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Die Küche ist für eine Grundversorgung gut eingerichtet.

Würde hier wieder einen Städtetrip genießen!

Lage fusslaeufig zur Altstadt,geraumig für 2 Personen,sauber,sehr gute Matratzen Balkon super,ruhig, Ausstattung entsprechend der Beschreibung,haetten uns 2 Eierbecher und 2 Decken evtl für abends gewünscht.pkw Parkplatz an der Straße mit etwas Glück auch kein Problem.rueckmeldung des Vermieters könnte etwas zeitnaher erfolgen_dies jedoch keine Kritik _nur Empfehlung gruss K.koestel
