Come and spend your holidays in peace and quiet in this newly renovated fisherman's house with its tasteful decor. You will be charmed by the peaceful atmosphere in the house and garden. The house is located in the town centre, less than 2km from the beach, accessible by bike path. Klochette Concierge offers this magnificent fisherman's cottage of approximately 90m2 with tasteful decor. On the ground floor you will find: - a living room with TV, internet, fireplace and pellet stove - a fully equipped kitchen (hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster) opening onto the garden - a bathroom with shower and WC - a small courtyard at the front of the house - a lovely enclosed garden at the rear of the house, approximately 200m², with garden furniture and a barbecue. On the ground floor: - a double bedroom with a 160x200cm bed - a bedroom with 3 single beds (including a pull-out bed) - a bathroom with a bathtub and WC. You will find two parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. A supermarket with a bread counter is less than 100m from the house. Linen is not included in the booking. Tenants must bring their own sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and towels. Linen can be provided upon request for €15 per person.
