Apartment for four adults, possibly plus children

Our apartment "Spangenberg 2" is about 75 square meters and was completely renovated in early 2016 and equipped with great attention to detail. It is located in the 1. Floor of the house Spangenbergstraße 42 and extends there over two floors. This apartment can accommodate 4 adults and up to 2 children comfortably. On the first floor there is a cozy living room and a modern kitchen and dining area with a freestanding cooking island and the spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower. The two bright and nicely decorated bedrooms are located above.
Traveling children without their own income, we do not charge extra; please do not include these in the number of persons, please inform us separately.

Nice and spacious apartment

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment is spacious and everything you need is available. The hosts are very kind and quick to reply. City centre is a 25min walk away, but a bakery and supermarkets are around the corner. Would recommend this place!!

FÖN vorhandenEs gibt ein Ehebett u zwei Einzelbetten im Dachgeschoss. Selbst grosse Leute haben Platz (Schwägerin 1.87cm)Die Schlaffräume sind über eine sehr steile und schmal Treppe erreichbar, also nur etwas für Leute die keine Probleme haben... Genau das richtige für einen kurzen Städtetrip

Wir waren 4 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung, die sehr schön geschnitten ist. Sie ist hübsch eingerichtet und sehr sauber, aber auch schon abgewohnt was an Wänden und Möbeln erkennbar ist. Aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten schönen Tage in Lüneburg. Der Host Andreas hat sich um ein auftretendes Problem umgehend gekümmert und hat sich überaus zuvorkommend verhalten. Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Innenstadt gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung und Einrichtung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Einfach nur weiterzuempfehlen. Saubere, zentrumsnahe und geräumige Wohnung mit einem großen Bad incl. Wanne. Einige Details könnten mit geringem Aufwand aber verbessert werden: 1 Handtuchhaken im Bad, bei einer Belegung bis zu 6 Personen?? Baufassungen für die Beleuchtung über Esstisch und Wohnzimmertisch. Auch der schiefe Briefkasten am Eingang und die fehlende Tür zum Keller machen keinen optisch guten Eindruck. Ansonsten haben wir ins in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt.

Guter Ausgangsort für Lüneburg und Umgebung, reichlich Platz!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel und die Innenstadt, wie auch der Bahnhof, sind auch mit Kindern sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet! Wir hatten eine gute Zeit!
