In this 1-room apartment, the interior combines with industrial charm and wood to relax. On 41 sqm you can enjoy the peace and still be close to the city.

The 1-room apartment with kitchenette is equipped for 2 people. It has a dining area, a living and sleeping area with modern furnishings, a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Cooking and eating utensils, microwave, stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, flat screen TV, toaster, iron and ironing board, board games, books and hair dryer are available. W-Lan inclusive. Towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the apartment and throughout the building is prohibited. A baby travel bed is available on request for € 5, - per stay.

Our apartments are located in the 1. Stock of a storage building rebuilt in 2010 in the Speicherquartier Lüneburg, whose character was preserved during the renovation. The building also houses the STOREHOUSE Coffee Shop & Bistro. You have the possibility to use the offer of breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake during the opening hours.

Public, free parking is available in front of the building. The house also has an elevator.

The Speicherquartier is centrally located in the Hanseatic city of Lüneburg. Quiet and green, it is only a few minutes walk to the city center, the train station and various shops. The connection to the HVV, it is by train or by car not far to Hamburg.

I am a VRBO owner in the US and had nice stay, Nadine was quick to respond and very helpful. The home is exactly as pictured.Cute cafe on the main level, fantastic breakfast, lunch and coffee. Quiet neighborhood. 15 minute walk to the Hauptbahnhof.There is a washer and dryer available waaayyy in the basement for 5 euros for wash and 5 for dry. I like to leave blow dryer ratings, 8/10. Strong airflow, heat and cool setting. Have to squeeze the handle to maintain the airflow, but this has been a quality in each hairdryer I’ve tried in Germany.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig. Für 2 Personen ausreichend groß. Sofern man nicht getrennte Räume für Wohnen und Schlafen haben will ist die Aufteilung gelungen. Das Bad ist modern eingerichtet und schön hell. Die Küche und ein kleiner Esstisch sind zum Frühstücken ok. Die alten schwarzen Kochplatten erfordern dann aber doch etwas Geduld, etwa zum Wasserkochen. Für längere Aufenthalte wäre allerdings ein Geschirrspüler vorteilhaft. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Innenstadt in max. 15 Minuten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn wir sie nicht persönlich kennenlernen konnten. So konnten wir frühzeitig schon den Parkplatz benutzen. Außerdem meldete sie per Nachricht sobald die Wohnung bezugsfertig war. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung guten Gewissens empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war schön und geräumig. Die Matratzen waren eher fest (das kann für den einen oder anderen wichtig sein). Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Bis zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 1,2 km. Insgesamt war der Urlaub schön und erholsam.
