Horrible experience

1. We didn’t receive check in instructions. We show up to the property and still can’t reach the host through messages or calls, VRBO chat also awful. Call VRBO they manage to reach host. This takes about an hour, it’s 91 degrees outside and we have a 3 year old and 10 year old.2. We get into the apartment and it’s still dirty from the last guests, we are now an hour past the check in time listed. It takes them 3 hours to finish “cleaning” the apartment and then we are able to be there.3. The apartment is still gross, curtains are dirty and stained, so is the sofa. The only thing clean was the floor, bathroom, and kitchen. They prepare the apartment (really a studio) for 2 people, so they leave only enough towels and only one bed prepared (there is no bed, it’s two sofa beds), they say tomorrow so we manage like that for a day.

Llegué tarde y estuvieron pendientes para ayudarme a ingresar y respondieron mis preguntas días antes de mi estadía, pude dejar mis maletas después del check out. La habitación es muy pequeña, no me gustó que hay que descargar una app para abrir y cerrar la puerta creo que el precio es bastante elevado para lo que ofrece
