AC had a glitch and someone came promptly to repair. Owners friendly throughout the entire process and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here!
The property was super cute and within walking distance of downtown. Enjoyed coffee on the porch swing in the mornings and the quiet neighborhood. Made for a very enjoyable anniversary getaway! Highly recommend.
Good amount of space. Need to be able to do some stairs. Had a great stay. Would suggest a full size broom and a traditional vacuum available to guests to help minimize messes. Would stay again.
A very interesting and unique house, far from cookie cutter, especially the unique and comfortable bedrooms. Everyone had a fantastic time, was very comfortable, slept very well, and overall had a blast.

This was a family gathering. This places was outstanding for comfort and privacy. The staff was a big help in providing information. It was worth every penny.
Coming back next year.
What a neat house! The exterior is like a postcard, with the added touch of the private little hottub area. The inside is so spacious with plenty of room for everyone. It was clean, the beds were comfy. The homeowner was very responsive to any questions. A beautiful area of Hot Springs, would definitely stay again.
We absolutely loved our stay here. 7 of us stayed for the weekend and it was perfect. The house is huge and there were more than enough beds for all of us to sleep comfortably. everything we had planned was on the main strip, which was only a 10 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting hot springs.
We loved the property. There was lots of room for all nine of us. Beautiful home with updated appliances. Very nice outside area. Close to downtown area. Would recommend!
The house was absolutely perfect!! It was so charming and cozy! We all felt like we were right at home!! It was within walking distance of the downtown area, and Monica made everything simple and efficient!! We are already making plans to come back ❤️
Our bridal party had an overnight stay in this lovely, welcoming, and immaculate home. It's the perfect location for anyone who wants to enjoy the restaurants, shops and such in downtown Hot Springs as it's very close by. Monica was so helpful and quick to reply to any questions or requests I had. I loved this home, and so did the other ladies. I definitely recommend staying here foranyone wanting to visit Hot Springs.
This is a beautifully remodeled historic home. My kids loved the unique bedrooms and the master suite was gorgeous! A super comfortable home with extra blankets and plenty of towels. We enjoyed the covered hot tub and the living room fireplace, especially since it was rainy a couple days. The kitchen is very well-equipped and we had no trouble cooking several full meals. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions and extremely prompt in sending someone over to fix a small issue. Downtown Hot Springs was very close and we probably could have walked from the house, but also had no trouble finding parking. We enjoyed walking the whole length of downtown and stopping in to the cute shops. The other side of Hot Springs has all the big box stores, chain restaurants and grocery that you need, (but we prefer the local spots). Aside from wonderful trails for exploring the springs, we found Cedar Glades disc golf course which also had a park attached. Over all, we loved this home and my kids didn't want to leave! Highly recommend.
Master bedroom is amazing but the stairs from driveway do not have handrail
Do not recommend this property to anyone traveling with elderly adults. You have to go down several stairs to get from the driveway to the back of the house and there is not a handrail. Both of my parents fell (my mom fell walking up the stairs and my dad fell walking down the stairs). We rented for the location and the hot tub and the hot tub was barely warm.

We’re pleased to offer a myriad of unique spaces awaiting your arrival! Cozy cabins. Sprawling lakefront properties. A mountaintop escape. And even a historic home built in the 1890s. We welcome you as guests into our uniquely different homes.
Why they chose this property
Teeming with history, you'll love staying in this beautiful home whether or not you care about its connections with Al Capone! Renovated and beautifully updated, the home is perfect for a visit to the Spa City with friends or family.
What makes this property unique
The history of our home is unique! At the signing in 2008, the Demby family told us that there was documentation of Al Capone visiting the home for a wedding. Although we do not have proof of that, finding a letter during the renovation process that tied the home to a known associate of Capone (Owney "The Killer" Madden) reinforced this theory, and we look forward to finding proof one of these days! During renovation, we also found a New Testament distributed by FDR to soldiers during World War II, a turn-of-the-century child's top, an 80-year-old grammar book, and various other antique items. All these treasures are on display in our beautiful walk-in closet that we renovated from unused porch space! If you look up in the closet, you will see the original exposed wood from the porch that we tied into the decor. Feel free to look at our before and after pictures album to see just how far the space has come since it was an eyesore to the community!
