We are in a deep cove that is right off the main channel to offer some serenity, yet close to all the amenities of town and lake activities. There are rental locations close for boats, kayaks, and more. Swim in the lake and enjoy the water or fishing off the dock. We have a beautiful pool that overlooks the lake that stays open year around. There is a perfect area to walk next to the lake and a nice yard by the water for backyard activities lakeside! Enjoy water skiing, wake boarding, tubing, or just relaxing with the family. This house has 3 stories. BRAND NEW Gamer room with XBOX and Golf Simulator Game! Oaklawn also has a new sports bar with sports simulator in the casino and plenty of amazing dining options. Spend a day at the Jockey Club or sitting on the infield with a Reuben and cold beer. Fantastic Property for Large Groups

Our family of 11 adults and 5 children thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at this property. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment for cooking for our large group. The game area was used extensively by kids and adults and the theater room was great for football watching and video game playing on the big screen. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The fire-pit was nice during the chilly evenings. We even used the pool for polar plunges and the hot tub for soaking. Everything was amazing. Highly recommend this property. Hostess was very communicative.

Girls Fall Trip

Charity was extremely attentive to our needs. House was spacious with plenty of comfortable beds & bathrooms. Decks were gorgeous with plenty of different sitting areas. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Charity, thanks for loaning us your home.

Wonderful house with something for everyone

We stayed with two families, including children and teens. Everyone was comfortable and engaged. The location on the lake, but close to amenities was perfect. We are already talking about rebooking for next year.

End of Summer weekend

Charity was the BEST host! House had everything you would need and then some. Pool was fantastic and the kids enjoyed the downstairs game room and theater! Very spacious house and beautiful! Would definitely recommend, especially if you have teenagers. Thanks Charity!

We chose this location because of the lot. There is a level walk to the water no stairs. The water is deep enough for any boat yet perfect for fishing! Plus we love the privacy and the closeness to all the hot spots and entertainment Hot Springs has to offer.

We love watching movies or sports on the Big Screen and listening to music throughout the home. Lots of fun to cook out, or have friends and family over for an evening on the large covered decks.
