This property fit our family of 14 perfectly. Lots of beds and space. Good location with lots of activities. Game and theater room were our biggest hangouts with plenty of activities. Pool and lake was where we spend most of the day. Hot tub was not used due to the weather was really hot but a nice luxury if the weather was cooler. The host was very responsive to questions we had . Would definitely rent again.

Our entire family (3 generations--15 of us from 71 to 3) spent a week in this lovely house. The lower level game area was terrific for the kids, as was the top floor bunk room, the kayaks, and pool. The upper deck was shaded and has two dining tables on it, so we spent a lot of time out there overlooking the pool and the lake. The dock was great for our SIL's fishing boat and the kayaks, but note it's not really a swimming area there. Very shallow. We cooked all our meals and had a great time playing games too. Charity was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

For the past 5 years, in February, we take a trip to Hot Springs and we stay in this house. The owner is always so kind and very prompt with anything we have asked. The house is always beautiful and clean.

This was an amazing property. The perfect place to take your young adult children and friends for a staycation. You don’t need to leave the house to keep everyone entertained. Very clean and had everything we needed all the way down to pool toys and a welcome basket of goodies. Lots of parking was a bonus when taking your boat.

Great Weekend Stay

We really enjoyed this lovely, clean and well stocked property. The basement game room/theater was great for our younger traveler. We enjoyed the large covered back deck during the rain. The host was easy to communicate with and made everything run smoothly. We would recommend and stay again.
