Good for the price

Not a bad apartment for the price. Needs a little bit of tlc. Basic furnishings, no dishwasher and showers coming away from the wall. That said it was clean and adequate for us. It was on a nice complex with 2 good size pools a restaurant and outside seating area. 20 min walk or 5 min drive to cabopino beach. 10 min taxi to Marbella. There is also a supermarket within a 5 min walk.

A recommander !

Mukava loma-asunto.

Kohteen osoite väärä,A7 n varrella, vars katuosoite puuttui ! Sijainti etelärinteellä hyvä, siisti alue. Lukot hankalia, 3 "samanlaista" avainta eri oviin, piti lukita avaimella myös sisäpuolelta. Lattia jäätävän kylmä, ilmalämpöpumppu ei riittävä.Viikkosiivous erinomainen.Vuokra-auto tarpeen, kaupat kohtalaisen lähellä.Rauhallinen ympäristö, liikenteen humina kuuluu jonkin verran.
