But there’s also a dining room that seats 30 people and a game room with a baby, an arcade machine, and a poker table—where you can dance and party thanks to the powerful 100W speakers! Feel free to head behind the bar to finally find out what it’s like to be the bartender for the night (I’ve got the powaa)!

• The villa rate includes 16 people. Starting with the 17th person, a surcharge of 30 euros per person per night applies: just enter the correct number of guests when you book—it’s calculated automatically ;)

🔊 Cocktails, dinner, evening activities... and noise disturbances

Since the nearest neighbors are 500 metres away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re INSIDE the house, as long as the doors and windows are securely closed! Bringing your own speakers is strictly prohibited. Outdoors, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, or relax by the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 dB (the noise level of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb others.
