Excellent location

Nice location in a quiet neighborhood, easy drive to Mammoth Cave National Park. The front porch was a favorite spot to sit and drink coffee in the morning. The antique stores in Horse Cave were a short walk and we all found a treasure!

Great Porch

Clean, comfortable alternative to local chain hotels. Amazing front porch. Lots of rules to follow, but they’re not anything we had trouble following. Note the 9am checkout.

Glad you notice the rules!!! They all are very basic some times main guest/ corporation forget to share the house rules with their group / guest & Since we host very large group of 15 guest we like everyone to follow and understand the house rules that's all. House rules say we do not have early check in & you still ask us to check in at 7:45 am, we did make early check in happen for you and your guest. Besides that check in and check out times are already listed in the listing if you happen to noticed prior to your booking, we also send check in and check out time in the first message after they booking gets conform. As well as second message prior to check in has check in and check out time. None of our guest have any trouble with it. But thanks for the remark.

Trip to Mammoth Cave

We were a group of 5 - cousins, sisters and a niece. Had such a good time - and the house worked out well for us. Easy drive to every where we needed to go. The house is an older home but well maintained and clean. The owner was very responsive to questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay

Nice House, Good Location

A short walk to downtown Horse Cave, KY. Quiet neighborhood. The house was a good fit for our family gathering. A couple small things could have been better (the plates and bowls couldn't be used in the microwave and the AC was not able to keep up with the hot weather), but overall a very good experience.
