Traumhafter Urlaub in Villa mit Meerblick

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dieser zauberhaften Villa. Angefangen von der sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin, die uns mit vielen Tipps zu Restaurants und Unternehmungen versorgt hat. Über die hochwertig eingerichtete Unterkunft, in der es an nichts fehlte, bis hin zum traumschönen Ausblick und ruhiger Lage. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Fantastic stay in a great apartment!

We had a great stay at Nicola's apartment and would highly recommend the property to anyone staying in the area! It was lovely and clean, great amenities and a lovely spot in a quiet neighbourhood. We didn't venture into town by walking as the hill is quite a walk - but it was only a 2 minute drive down which wasn't an issue at all! Nicola was quick to respond to any questions we had - thank you for such a relaxing break!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Lage optimal für Ausflüge an die verschiedenen Strände, St.Tropez und das Umland. Etwas enttäuschend fanden wir nur den „Grill“, der eher eine Feuerstelle war ;)

Ruhig und idyllisch

Das Haus und der mediterrane Garten mit Blick auf die Hügel von Cavalaire und das Meer sind sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet sowie sauber und ordentlich und die Matratzen sind sehr komfortabel. Die Terrasse bietet ein schönes Panorama inklusive Meerblick und Privatsphäre.

Eigenes Paradies und eigener Garten.

Wir haben eine Wohnung gemietet und fast ein Haus bekommen. Wir haben uns so gefreut, als wir die Treppe von der Straße bis zur Wohnung gegangen sind und festgestellt haben, dass es keine anderen Mieter auf dieser Seite dieses wunderschönen Grundstücks gibt. Wir hatten eine eigene große Terrasse, auf der man sich ungestört sonnen konnte, einen Grill, einen eigenen Garten mit bestem Ausblick über die ganze Bucht von Cavalaire und eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt, sauber, ordentlich mit einer tolle Küche mit Esstisch und ein großes Schlafzimmer mit getrenntem Bad von Toilette. Es gab keinen anderen Mieter, der uns gestört hat und wir fühlten uns wie in einem abgeschlossenen Haus mit großem Garten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und sind schon gespannt, wenn die andere Seite mit dem Schwimmbad fertig gestellt ist und werden uns sicherlich auch noch einmal die andere Wohnung anschauen. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Unterbringung!

Wunderbar - einfach ein Traum

Die Wohnung liegt sehr romantisch auf einen Hügel in Cavalaire sur Mer. Der Meerblick ist wunderschön und bis zum Zentrum und zum Strand ist es nur einen Katzensprung. Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die schöne Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Die Betten waren super und auch die Wohnung ist im niedlich provenzialischen Stil eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und sieht sehr gepflegt aus. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder.

After much searching in Italy and France, we have found here our dream holiday place, which is quiet and contemplative but offers everything you need for holidays. Here in Cavalaire we have found a new family home, where our children and we can spend holidays with friends and family.

Why they chose this property

In our house in Cavalaire you will enjoy a wonderful sea view, absolute peace and a beautiful well-kept garden. You find all kind of shops in town, there is a wide choice of good restaurants and the city offers you plenty of cultural activities. The beach is huge and against most beaches at the Cote D'Azur it is a sandy beach. And in contrast to almost all the places of the Cote d'Azur, we have no throughway which separates the beach from the town. That is why it is heavenly quiet here.

What makes this property unique

When we first saw the house, the fantastic and gigantic views and the magical garden immediately appealed to us. We were able to renovate the house according to our ideas and have made a beautiful ensemble, modern but with Provencal charm.
