The duplex chalet has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with a different theme, including a junior suite with five single beds (90cm) with a bathroom, shower, and bathtub. No fewer than four toilets. Electric shutters on all windows. High chair, baby bathtub, and changing mat provided. The terrace is furnished with a gas and charcoal barbecue, standing tables for aperitifs or tapas, and two cosy reading nooks. The living room is majestic with a fireplace and a bay window reading corner. The major advantage for families is the location in a cul-de-sac with a fantastic playground and a free tennis court. The house sits on a 1300 m² plot. Parking is easy and free. There is a barbecue and a picnic table available. A laundry room and a ski storage room are accessible on the ground floor.
