This property has the best of both worlds! Located just 8 minutes from The Strip, but quiet enough for working professionals! This property is in a gated community, fully furnished, the master bedroom offers a king size bed, second bedroom offers a queen size bed plus a full size mattress as a trundle, an extra futon in the upstairs loft/office for extra guests. Great accommodation!!!

We had a really lovely time in Norma's apartment. The location is super quiet, but you're still quickly on the Strip and in the middle of Las Vegas' nightlife. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and it exceeded our expectations! We'd love to come back!

Great condo in vegas!

This condo is just as advertized. It is beautiful, comfortable, and private. Close to the strip, but far enough away to avoid the craziness. We will definitely stay here on our next trip!

Amazing Stay at Beautiful Condo

From check-in to check-out (15 days) this was an amazing stay. The property was well appointed with comfortable beds, cable tv, fast wi-fi and all needed appliances. I'd love to stay here again

Great condo great location great host

This was the perfect place for our girls trip to Vegas. Norma was amazing from start to finish. Lovely condo that was clean with all the amenities that we needed. Beds were super comfortable. Close enough to the strip but not too close. Would strongly recommend staying and I will be returning.

Fantastic stay in Las Vegas

My mother and I had the absolute best mother's day at Norma's! We were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities. Having access to a pool was a dream and really made the location feel like a resort. We basically had the pool and got tub to ourselves as no one else in the complex ever used it while we were there. The location was fantastic and Norma was incredibly helpful in making some suggestions of things before we arrived

Awesome house, very clean

Space as listed and very clean. The host is very kind and responsive. Really enjoyed the space. Too far from the strip for walking everyday especially because of the construction, but Ubers are not very expensive and there is a bus stop close. Highly recommend for a small group for 4-5 if you're willing to take Ubers to the strip

Everything we needed and more!

My daughter toured UNLV as potential school for her so we made a week of it in Las Vegas. The property is feels safe and quiet considering it is less than a few miles from the strip. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed and more. I hope you get a chance to stay there too! The owner quickly responds to all questions and has made an oasis in the desert! I will try to book this property again for certain.

Perfect location for those who want to be close to the strip but away from the busy Vegas life

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was ideal for our family. Being 10-15 min away from the strip, we were close enough to experience the hustle and bustle of the Vegas city life, but it felt good coming back to a quiet, gated place where we could wind down and relax. The amenities were just what we needed, and the beds and space was perfect for our family of four. Our initial reservation (with a different vrbo) was cancelled upon arrival due to unforeseen circumstances and Norma was very accommodating and understanding of our situation. She quickly responded to my inquiry and allowed us to reserve our stay just a few hours before checking in. Thank you for helping us by making our stay stress free and enjoyable!

Amazing Location

The location was awesome! Be owner was very responsive except with the tv not working. They said the company would be notified but it was never fixed during our entire stay. The place is cute and mostly clean. The cleaning people left empty cleaner bottles on the floor by the door and the shower walls has dirt dripping. The beds were amazing and comfy. Loved having a kitchen that was fully stocked with utensils. There was a smell of pot and Indian food the entire time- but not the owners fault. It was the neighbors. Would stay here again!!

Well didn't get in to the property until late that night around 1130 12 o'clock at night the lock was jammed getting into the condo tried to call Norma several times never answered her phone so here it is 2:30 in the morning and then we had to pay to stay at a motel because vrbo couldn't even get in touch with her either it was a horrible experience and then to find out from my niece that the location wasn't the greatest she never repayed me for the hotel stay and vrbo was no help either would never stay through them again ever

Quiet condo, great location

This is a nice 2 bdrm condo in the gated West Park community. The listing photos are accurate. Location is convenient; just a short drive to the Las Vegas strip, airport, dining, grocery store, and very quiet. WiFi was fine for remote work needs. Everything was very clean with the exception of floor. Norma was quick to respond and resolve our concern. There was one concern that could not be resolved which was a persistent smoke odor within the hall bathroom coming through the wall near the medicine cabinet/ electric plug. The cleaning crew indicated it was incense burning from a neighboring condo. The odor was constant and present for the entire week, but fully contained within that bathroom only and did not spread to other rooms. The rest of the condo smelled fresh, with a nice fall fragrance plug in the living room (suggest placing one in the hall bathroom). We were too busy to enjoy the community hot tub, but it looked nice and it was hot. One other thing to be aware of is that the coffee maker is a basic drip style, quite slow, sometimes shuts off the warmer just after brewing. Overall a nice clean condo with most everything you need.

We booked this condo because the VRBO listing showed pool access, which was necessary for our stay. Only 24 hours before check-in, the host, Norma, told me the pool wasn’t available. This could have been mentioned earlier, especially when we’d already discussed other details like Wi-Fi and parking. When I pointed out the listing clearly showed a pool, she insisted it didn’t, even though I provided a screenshot and VRBO confirmed it. She offered no apology, discount, or resolution, and delayed responding. The condo itself is okay — it fits 3–4 people, has a decent kitchen, strong Wi-Fi — but has squeaky, warped floors, saggy sofas, and an uncomfortable memory foam bed. Quiet location, but a neighbor knocked on the wall early in the morning. Overall, misleading listings, poor communication, and unprofessional handling. No pool despite being advertised — I don’t recommend renting from this host.
