The apartment is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby. La Perenn is just a few steps from Dinard's market square (200m) and 800m from L'Écluse beach.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park near the accommodation (paid parking in Dinard). You will find free parking in the streets near the accommodation. Raphaël Veil parking is free from September to June, 30 meters from the accommodation (except July and August).

- Nearest airport: Rennes airport approx. 1 hr by car (78.4 km)
