From the large, south-facing balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view over the treetops into the Rhone valley and the opposite Valais mountains.

In 2015 a beautiful parquet floor was laid in the studio and a modern kitchen was installed. This is well equipped and has an induction cooker, dishwasher and coffee machine. In the living room and bedroom there is a new comfortable double bed (220 x 160 cm) and a bunk for max. 2 children up to 10 years. Satellite TV with DVD player, a cozy table corner and cupboards that offer you plenty of storage space.

The house has a washing machine and dryer, which you can use.

In the underground car park you have your own parking space and a lockable ski locker.

The Coop supermarket, bakery, cheese shop, many restaurants and the post office are in the immediate vicinity of the house. The Place d'Ycoor is home to the ice rink, the ski school, the tourist information office and the casino.

The bus stop "De la Poste" is right on the street in front of the house. You can reach the "Signal" ski station with the free Navette bus after just one stop "Ycoor".

The free bus line also connects you to the Crans, Violettes and Aminona stations. The cog railway “Funiculaire”, which connects Sierre with Montana, is 300 m from the house.
