Bring the whole family to this spacious South Shore home. This home features 3 bedrooms to fit your whole family. With sleeping arrangements for 8+ you are sure to find a place to rest your head after a fun day exploring all that Clear Lake has to offer.
The home has been completely remodeled for you to love!

This home offers two living spaces, a back patio for grilling, smores around the fire, entertaining and lots of outdoor fun.

Main level includes vaulted ceilings, 2 living areas, a beautiful kitchen with dining room table, a full bathroom and a queen bedroom. Upstairs includes 2 more spacious bedrooms with a king bed and queen bed along with room for 3 more twin beds! To finish that off, there is a 3/4 bathroom upstairs as well.

Outside you can enjoy a great patio with plenty of seating. Inside of the shed you'll find yard games, water toys and chairs for the beach, and a few bikes to ride there!

Great place!!

This was a great place to stay!! It was very clean and updated and had all the amenities from cooking utensils all the way to outdoor games and chairs. The owners were very nice and responded very quickly if we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!!

My family and I are born and raised in Iowa, and love to visit Clear Lake. We've been visiting there multiple times a year for the past 15 years, and have loved getting to know the wonderful community. There's a true small-town charm in Clear Lake!

Why they chose this property

We have enjoyed visiting Clear Lake for over 15 years. We've enjoyed the lake in the summer, and the activities in the community in the winter. This home gives us the opportunity to share with others, a hidden gem in north Iowa.

What makes this property unique

The spacious house offers plenty of space to spread out, and plenty of beds to rest your head at night. Close to the lake, boat ramps, public beaches, an outdoor restaurant, and most importantly, and ice cream shop, you'll love the all that the location has to offer.
