Pierrick est quelqu'un de très accueillant et serviable, il a été très arrangeant pour l'arrivée comme pour le départ. L'appartement est équipé de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un court séjour mais n'est idéal pour cuisiner. Les équipements sont relativement modernes mais les murs, plafonds et radiateurs sont un peu vétustes.Si vous n'êtes pas maniaques et ne recherchez pas du luxe le rapport qualité prix est excellent (72/nuit en mai). Je recommande vraiment aussi bien pour le prix que pour la qualité d'accueil de Pierrick

Appartement très bien situé à proximité immédiate de la gare, à une vingtaine de minutes à pied de l'intra muros.Cadre très calme avec une courette dont on n'a malheureusement pas pu profiter du fait du mauvais temps.Une excellente façon de découvrir St Malo.Stéphane a été très disponible pour notre séjour, merci!
