Fantastic apartments with a sun terrace directly on the shores Tauber

Both finished in the summer of 2016 apartments in a 105-year-old former warehouse are primarily distinguished by their location. The Tauber flows immediately before the terrace along and the market place of Wertheimer Old Town is 150 meters away.
In the open built apartments the bedroom (double bed 2,00m x 1,80m) are each slightly raised and separated by a balustrade from the living room with kitchenette. The living room has a sofa bed (2,00m x 1,50m) which can accommodate up to two more people and a 40-inch flat-screen TV.
From the living room you enter the terrace Tauber that we share with the two guest apartments. A staircase leads directly to the promenade along the shore Tauber.
The kitchenette is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with hood, coffee maker and kettle.
The apartments have free internet access (wired and wireless).
The equipment is largely new (2016) and of high quality. Despite the central location the apartments are very quiet.
The hard Wertheimer water is treated in our own Enthärtunganlage, so you can enjoy soft water of 4 ° dH.
The two apartments have a common door. Behind it is a hall which is suitable for bicycles and charging of electric bicycles. From there it goes at ground level in the two apartments.
We, the hosts, live in the same house. 1 OG, you are welcome to your stay and are available to answer questions.
We have two nearly identical apartments which you can rent together. then via the lockable entrance hallway or the terrace you enter from apartment to apartment.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartments you can reach everything you need for a pleasant stay, on foot: a supermarket in the immediate vicinity, the old town with its restaurants and attractions, the cycling and walking paths, the Tauber, the excursion boats on the Main, the Wertheimer Castle with its view over the Main valley, cinema, theater, train station, doctors, pharmacies, ...
A small children's playground is 200 meters away. After a walk of about 20 minutes to reach the huge playground at the liver blade in the Tauber Valley.
When you reach Wertheim by bus or train, you can 500m from the railway or Bus station to our house comfortably cover a 7-minute walk.
When arriving by car, you can drop your bags immediately before the apartment entrance. We will see then like the way to free parking, which can be reached in 5 minutes walk.

We rent like one of our canoes for 20 € per day. They set directly behind our house in the Tauber and can start paddling. Life jackets and paddles are. We have a 4-seater and a 3-seater, so all constellations 1-7 persons are possible. Tauber and Main are upriver and downriver very easy to ride.
