This is a brand-new deluxe duplex with all the amenities – expansive views, ski-in/ski-out to Attridge ski-out, high end furnishings, private hot-tub with views, laundry, gas fireplace, heated floors in entry ways and all bathrooms, cable TV, key-less entry and free Wi-Fi. A ski room along with a garage with waxing workbench.

Providing 2 full floors of living space. This property is perfect for your family vacation or a couples getaway! Enjoy the tranquility and all the mountain has to offer while taking in the views from your private covered hot tub, or curl up in front of the welcoming stone gas fireplace. The property is in the Ridge neighborhood – parking for two cars, and entrance way are on the ground level. The main level includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, full bathroom, ski room, and hot tub under covered deck with natural gas BBQ – The upper floor includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and laundry.

Bedroom Configuration:
Bedroom One: King (sleeps 2), with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet
Bedroom Two: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom Three: 2 bunk beds - Twin XL over Queen and a Twin over Twin Bunks (sleeps 5)

Fully Stocked Kitchen:
Including wine fridge, slow cooker, air fryer gas range, dishwasher, coffee maker plus all that you would expect.

There is a strict no pets and no smoking policy at this property.

Maximum 2 vehicles due to limited parking.

There is an additional $350 Fee for cleaning on top of your stay.

Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Guest must be 25+ in order to rent.

Please Note: Minimum of five nights during the Christmas/New Years Period. Otherwise 4 night minimum.

Family ski trip

The property is great, located close to the village. Very clean with high quality amenities. Great common space with large patio, and enough space for kids. Fully stacked kitchen makes breakfast and dinner prepping easy.

Best Stay Yet in Silver Star

We have stayed at Silver Star half a dozen times, and this is the best property we have stayed in. Indeed the property itself is among the best VRBOs we have used anywhere.The location on the Ridge is perfect for ski-in/ski-out. Click in, ski down to Alpine Meadows chair. You can ski back from the Gondola or Comet Express without a traverse. This is much better access than other houses where we have stayed - particularly the Knoll. It's a quick drive to the village, but admittedly a bit of a hike.The house itself is new, the furniture great, comfy pillows, and it's stocked with all the required things. It is also well labelled for lights, storage, instructions, etc. Enjoy the heated bathroom floors! It's great to have access to the garage (if only we'd had powder days this time). The layout worked perfect for our family with teens. When you arrive, you need to carefully carry skis from the garage up to the smart boot room, but they can then stay there for the duration.The hosts concisely gave all the required communication. They quickly responded to enquiries, and were very helpful in facilitating our plans. Entrance is by key code.Thanks for a great stay! We hope to return.

Wonderful Stsay

We just enjoyed 2 weeks at Francois' beautiful home. Gorgeous views, well equipped with easy ski in/out to both nordic and downhill trails. The Property Manager Christin was responsive, friendly and efficient and our stay was trouble-free. highly recommended!

Truly a luxury mountaintop experience!

François’ place is immaculate! What a treat to stay here. The home is beautifully furnished, super clean and we loved having ski in ski out access. The beds were comfy and the linens are luxe. The kitchen was well stocked with high end appliances and some spices & pantry basics as well. The whole home is set up well for families with lots of hooks for towels and bathing suits, a great gear room, two large TVs with pro sound and even tupperware (which is usually lacking in home rentals we’ve used in the past)! Christin, the manager, was attentive to all of our needs, even leaving a welcome gift basket for us! We especially loved the views from the hot tub. We will happily rent here again.
