Owner is dishonest.

The apartment had a major electrical problem when we arrived. The refrigerator was warm and moldy. The owner immediately offered a refund if we moved to another place. We did that, then the owner later said that his electrician had found nothing wrong, and that the refrigerator was just unplugged. He is therefore refusing to refund our money. I am an electrical engineer and the frig was plugged in. That was the first thing that I checked. The electricity was out in half of the apartment. The owner immediately offered to refund our money, therefore we did not take any photos or video of the problem. We did not realize that we would have to dispute this situation. VRBO was absolutely no help in resolving this.

This condo is beautiful!

Joe was easy to work with and the well appointed condo right on the beach was lovely. Everything you could need for your stay was provided; Beach chairs, boogey boards, beach towels, coolers and ice for picnics, and of course all the dishes, pots ands pans, etc for cooking. It was a relaxing stay and if Joe will have us, we’ll be back.

Perfect Slice of Paradise

Turtle Beach (Papaoneone) is the perfect beach for your Ohana. There is a section that is calm and sandy for keike's and another section to snorkel or boogie. We swam with honu's everyday. The sunset AMAZING. The property provided everything we needed; snorkels, boogies, towels, beach stuff & more! The host has great communication. Go see aunty at Hale Nalu to rent paddle boards, then get the BEST shave ice a block away at Mountain magic. MAHALO NUI LOA!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had some problems with the internet, that took a week to fix and a problem finding the lock because the wording was so faded (black wording on a black lock)and the security came to help because we were taking so long, after checking every lock few times we finally decided to put the code onto every lock till one opened and that's how we finally got the keys. Other then that and the wifi we had an incredible time, the place was equipped with beach toys, boogie boards, umbrella and chairs. It was clean and cosy. We would definitely stay again in the future. Thank you

Family Time

Our stay here was beautiful. Listening to the ocean breaking every morning was beautiful. We could also see the whales way out there, absolutely beautiful. People there are friendly. Security and staff was nice and helpful. We met two sisters that live there, very friendly with lots of Aloha spirit. Definitely would stay there again. Mahalo
