We had the best week in this beautiful and well equipped house.it is so close to the sea and in a lovely little town.Shop is close .Beds are really comfort ableShowers are good and there is a huge garden for children to play.Checking in was so easy with isabelle

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus von Veronique. Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben die Sitzplätze im Garten sehr genossen. Wir waren 7 Personen und hatten alle genug Platz. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Isabelle hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und gute Tipps gegeben. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit verbracht und kommen gern wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison très bien équipée et parfaitement entretenue, qui correspond entièrement à la description et aux photos de l’annonce. L’emplacement est calme, proche de la plage et idéal pour des promenades le long de la côte. La maison offre beaucoup de confort, est décorée avec goût et dispose de tout ce qu’il faut pour des vacances reposantes.Nous souhaitons particulièrement souligner l’excellente communication avec Véronique, toujours rapide, chaleureuse et fiable. L’accueil et la présentation de la maison par Isabelle ont également été très agréables – chaleureux, clairs et très utiles.Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer est une ville charmante, non surchargée de touristes, avec une belle promenade en bord de mer et de bonnes possibilités de shopping à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et recommandons la maison sans aucune réserve.

Une maison fidèle à la description faite dans l'annonce : spacieuse, bien agencée, avec tout le matériel utile.Il y a le nécessaire pour le premier jour si les courses n'ont pas été faites ( papier wc, huile, vinaigre, thé, café, eau... ) et il y a aussi des jeux de société à disposition.La maison est située dans une rue calme plutôt fréquentée par des piétons et des cyclistes.La maison est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Par contre, pour les familles avec enfants, la plage n'est pas très accueillante ( beaucoup d'algues, de mouches, de galets, de coquillages broyés), il vaut mieux aller vers la gauche de la digue à 20/30 minutes à pied.La communication est parfaite avec la propriétaire et également avec la conciergerie.

Merci pour votre avis. Concernant la plage, vous êtes venus au moment des très grandes marées qui effectivement peuvent emporter des algues sur la plage. Les plages sont nettoyées qu’à la fin de chaque période pour respecter la nature.

Un séjour parfait !

Gîte très agréable et très bien équipé.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le charme de la maison bien décorée, sa propreté, la présence d'une suite au RdC (nous avions une personne âgée dans notre groupe), la proximité de la mer (à 2 minutes à pied), la terrasse. Une supérette est accessible à 5 minutes à pied et plusieurs grandes surfaces à 5 minutes en voiture. La ville de Saint-Aubin-sur-mer a beaucoup de charme ; la promenade en bord de mer est agréable et on ne souffre pas de sur-tourisme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
